GMAT competitive exam is known for getting admissions for PG management courses in any of the B-school worldwide that accept GMAT as entrance test with their exclusive streams in that stream, held as per the schedule released by the concerned authority. The GMAT Examination has no particular schedule but will be conducted multiple times in the year where the students can register themselves for the exam on the official website. The time gap between 2 GMAT exams is 16 days, and the candidates are given 5 attempts annually but not more than once a month to clear GMAT. The candidate gets 8 attempts in a lifetime to pass this entrance exam.

  • The applicants, who are interested in appearing for the GMAT exam, should check the exam dates. For this entrance test, there is no scheduled date for the exam.
  • The applicants can choose their own preferred exam date and test city as per their ease.
  • The candidates can appear for the GMAT exam five times within 12 months, but not more than once in a month.

Booking Slot, Time, and Location:

Candidates should have to register for the examination 2 months before the examination commencement date to get sufficient time for exam preparation. Candidates will have to choose the time slot for the entrance examination, and the availability of the examination dates will be based on the local test centres. Once the time slot and the locational are finalized, candidates will not change it.

GMAT 2025 Eligibility criteria

Applicants should be aware of the GMAT 2025 eligibility criteria before filling out the application form. Any significant events related to eligibility criteria should not be overlooked under any conditions. Before filling out the application form, applicants must go through the GMAT eligibility Criteria. Here, they should understand that once the conducting authority decides that the student doesn’t fit the set criteria, the application might be eliminated at any admission. They should also be a citizen of the country with a minimum age of 18 years for admission.

GMAT 2025 Application Form & fees

According to the GMAC's announcement, the GMAT 2025 Application Form will be available and live throughout the year. The candidate can register themselves between each interval of the GMAT exam form, which will be made accessible online on the official website.

The application form for GMAT 2025 will be made available every 16 days, and students can make sure that they are registered on time for the entrance test.

Step 1: GMAT 2025 Online Registration                                                         

To fill in the GMAT 2025 application form, applicants will have to sign up to register. Provide details such as name, contact details, email ID, program choice, and more must be submitted. After completing registration, candidates can obtain the username and password sent to them on their enrolled contact details and email ID.

Step 2: Application filling and submission       

The student should fill in all the details, allot 3 preferred exam centers and then submit the form, after which a confirmation pop-up will be displayed on the screen, and the student should read it and then accept.

The GMAT 2025 application form will be shown, and the aspirants will have to scrutinize all the details, try to modify them, and then save them.     

Step 3: Uploading Documents and Photographs     

The submission of documents and photographs is vital while applying for GMAT. The students will have to upload their scanned copy of recent, passport-size photographs and their signature in digital format as defined in the form. The clipped-in file size that needs to be submitted should be within the given size limit in the form to be valid.

Step 2: Application filling and submission

The student should fill in all the details, mention their preferred exam centres, and then submit the form, after which a confirmation pop-up will be displayed, and the student should read it and then accept the terms and conditions.

The GMAT 2025 application form will appear on the screen, and the aspirants will have to scrutinize all the details and try to modify them if necessary, and then click on ‘Save and Print’

Step 4: Payment of Fees                                                                               

GMAT application fees have to be paid through both offline (cash or money checks) and online modes using debit card/ credit card or net banking. The application fee for GMAT 2025 is US $ 250 or INR 17027.50/- in India, and there is no refund within 7 days of the exam. 

Step 5: Confirmation of GMAT 2025 Application             

After the GMAT application fee transaction is done, students will get an online receipt to the contact details given by the student, which shows the completion of the registration process.

Students will also get a mail on their registered email ID where they will get a document format file of the complete Application Form GMAT 2025 attached. Then they can access their registered accounts and a hard copy of the application form.

GMAT 2025 Syllabus & Exam Pattern

While preparing to attend the GMAT 2025 competitive entrance exam, the students must be aware if there are any changes in the exam pattern, which will help them to understand details like the mode of examination, evaluating criteria, priority sections to concentrate on, if there is any negative marking, type of questions, the total number of questions and sections, duration of the exam, etc. and help them to have a better focus on the entrance test.

GMAT 2025 is a 5-hour exam accessible via an online (computer-based) mode for joining various degree courses here at the international level. Here, the students will have to earn 800 marks. GMAT 2025 Syllabus                                                                        

The syllabus for GMAT 2025 isn’t any particular syllabus specified by the institute. Still, the question paper will have questions diversified under 4 different sections as mentioned above, and the topics would be related to. In the second section, integrated reasoning will include graphics, interpretations, two-part analysis, table analysis, multi-source reasoning, etc., in the Third section is the quantitative section. The last section includes the verbal section. It consists of topics such as reading comprehension & critical reasoning.

Applicants will have to prepare for verbal ability as nouns, adjectives, modifiers, adjectives, and much more.                                                                                                   

 

GMAT 2025 Admit Card

A GMAT 2025 confirmation letter will be issued to the applicants who have registered themselves for the GMAT exam and have paid the application fees on the website itself. There are no admit cards given to the candidates. Instead, a confirmation letter will be published and announced on the official website of the conducting authority, and the dates will be announced later on the official website.

The confirmation letter contains all the candidate's details, such as the name of the applicant, exam date, and venue, time, and contact details. Students must add a valid photo ID proof issued by India's Government to the exam center. They must pin in a recent passport size photograph on the hall ticket as they uploaded in the GMAT application form. Carrying the confirmation letter is mandatory for all the selected students at the examination center. If not, the student will be restricted from taking up the examination without the admit card along with any of the considerable ID proof.

GMAT 2025 Results & Score Card

The results of GMAT 2025 will be announced in both phases of the exam on the official website. If the candidates have taken the GMAT examination, they can look up their results. After the result's declaration, they can also obtain ranks through the mail.

Applicants can verify their results using the exam application number and login credentials. Candidates can download the result. The result, as well as the merit list, will be released on the official website. The GMAT merit list can be viewed using login credentials.

GMAT  2025 results and merit list include details such as the student's name, their GMAT registration number, roll number of the applicant, category-wise scores, and overall scores. The result and shortlisting of students are given along with the rank and merit list on the official website as per the tentative dates mentioned.

Cutoff Predictor

The GMAT 2025 cutoff will be announced based on the student’s performance in the entrance test and their results, that will get released online on the university's official website. Margin percentage differs for various reasons, and it is mandatory for applicants to meet the margin criteria to qualify for the examination & to further participate in various processes.

The institute will later call students who pass the GMAT 2025 exam and meet the cutoff margin for the final round of selection. Many private institutions might have a different cut-off margin depending on their

GMAT Exam Pattern Details:

  • The GMAT exam will be held in online mode, i.e., Computer-based Test.  
  • In the GMAT exam pattern, there will be 4 sections.
  • The first section is Analytical Writing Assessment. The duration of this section is 30 minutes.
  • The second section is integrated reasoning. The duration of this section is 30 minutes.
  • The third section is on quantitative abilities. The duration of this section is 75 minutes.
  • The fourth section is verbal. The duration of this section is 75 minutes. 
  • The maximum marks are 800. 


Where will I get my GMAT admit card?

  • No such GMAT Admit card will be given to the registered applicants.  
  • For the GMAT exam, aspirants will have the option of downloading the confirmation letter, which contains details about the test date and test center.
