The applicants are required to fulfill the eligibility conditions prescribed by the admission authority to apply for the BHU MCA Entrance Exam (BHU PET) to secure admission into the course.   • Candidates who are willing to apply for the BHU MCA Entrance Exam should have possessed a bachelor’s degree in BCA with a minimum 50% aggregate score from any recognized institute or university.
  • Candidates shall have studied mathematics as a compulsory subject in the 12th, intermediate, and bachelor’s degrees.
  • Candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ST will be provided with 5% relaxation in aggregate marks as per the norms of the government. Hence, they can secure a minimum of a 45% aggregate score in the qualifying examination.

The BHU MCA 2025 application process will be conducted in online mode. Application forms for BHU MCA Entrance Test (BHU PET) will be available in January. Candidates who meet the above eligibility conditions are qualified to apply for the application form for the entrance exam online by logging into the official website. The online application process involves specific steps, namely Registration, application form filling, payment of fees, and uploading the scanned copy of necessary educational documents. Step 1: At first, applicants required to visit the official web portal of BHU (@ www.bhu.ac.in)

Step 2: Then, click on the “Registration” link, proceed to fill up the details in the registration form by entering Name, Valid Email ID, Mobile Number, and other relevant details.

Step 3: Upon successful registration, applicants will receive unique login credentials (registered ID & Password), which need to be used to sign up for the application form portal.

Step 4: After a successful login, the page will direct to the application form window. Then, candidates must fill up all the necessary details that have been asked in the application form, such as contact details, personal information, educational qualifications, etc.

Step 5: After filling in the important details, applicants need to choose the “MCA” Course. The candidates should choose the course without fail. Otherwise, their candidature might get rejected.

Step 6: Thereafter, upload the scanned images of the recently clicked passport size photo and the signature according to the prescribed dimensions.

Step 7: At last, make the payment of BHU MCA 2025 application fees according to the category wise, and the price can be made via online mode by using any of the online payment methods (net banking, credit card, or debit card). Also, candidates can make the payment through offline mode (challan) at any designated HDFC Bank Branch.

BHU MCA or BHU PET application fees cost INR 600 for the unreserved category, whereas candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PWD must pay around INR 300.

Step 8: Upon successful payment, candidates must take a print of the duly filled-out application form and preserve it for future reference.

BHU MCA 2025 Syllabus & Exam Pattern

Banaras Hindu University will be conducting Post Graduate Entrance Test (BHU PET) to provide MCA Program admission. It is expected that the examination is scheduled to be completed in May or June 2025. BHU MCA 2025 Admit Card

After concluding the BHU MCA 2025 application process for the Post Graduate Entrance Exam (BHU PET), the concerned admission authority will release the BHU MCA Admit Card tentatively in April through online mode only.
