Uttarkhand State Entrance Examination [UKSEE]
Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun conducts Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination (UKSEE) to serve admissions for B.Pharm, M.Tech, and MCA, etc., and for a few of the lateral entry courses. Candidates willing to sit for the exam UKSEE 2021 will undergo an application process that will be held online. This is a state-level entrance exam held offline (pen & paper-based) mode. Usually, in May, UKSEE Exam 2021 takes place, and in the 1st week of April 2021, application forms will be issued. The last date to submit the application form is in April last Week 2021 (Tentative).
After a few days of submitting the application form, admit card of UKSEE 2021 shall be released, and bringing the admit card to the examination hall is mandatory. A few days after the examination, the results of UKSEE 2021 will be announced, and qualified candidates will be eligible to attend UKSEE 2021.
On average, 33,000 students can be expected to sit for the exam to get admissions through this entrance exam for various programs. A total of 132 affiliated colleges and 8 constituents are under Uttarkhand Technical University. Uttarakhand State domicile students shall be eligible to apply for lateral entry programs like B.Pharm, B.Tech, and MCA.

UKSEE 2021 Exam Date
May 2021 is the date given to conduct the UKSEE exam, and registration forms will be released in April 2021. On the official website of UKSEE, applicants can apply. However, the exam dates in May month keeps changing every year according to certain norms, which the UKSEE authorities will announce. Because the exam takes place only once a year, candidates must keep track of important dates not to miss out.

UKSEE 2021 Eligibility criteria
As prescribed by the UKSEE board, aspirants must be eligible to apply by filling the application form of UKSEE. Based on certain criteria and various factors, the candidate's eligibility will also be decided for each different course UKSEE 2021 eligibility differs.
- To apply for the exam, applicants must have a minimum of 45% and above aggregate in their previous academics in the appropriate domain from a recognized institute.
- To appear for UKSEE, there is no age limit put up.
- Under the Uttarkhand quota, Uttarkhand students' domicile qualified in previous academics is eligible to take admissions.
- Applicants being passed the qualifying exam of Uttarkhand Technical Board shall seek lateral entry admissions.

UKSEE 2021 Application Form & fees
The application form of UKSEE 2021 will be released online; filling up the form with the correct details is mandatory only after submitting the application form aspirants can sit for the exam. Make sure before seeking the form there are necessary documents and details in hand. For a period of almost one-month application form portal will be open.
- In April, the application form will be released on UTU's official website, and applicants can register online mode.
- The application fee of UKSEE will be INR 1500 for GEN/OBC category applicants, while that of SC/ST applicants will be INR 750. The application fee is non-refundable.
- Only those applicants who can meet the eligibility criteria can apply, and candidates willing to apply for more than one course need to submit separately filled application forms.
How to fill UKSEE 2021 application form
Step 1: Registration Process
To fill the application form of UKSEE online, applicants need to visit UTU's official website. In this process, applicants will provide their personal details, apply for and check for the declaration box and submit the form. Once the registration is successful, a number will be generated, which has to be noted by the students for future logins.
Step 2: Login and Fill the application form.
With the registered ID and DOB, applicants will be able to log in. Once the candidate is logged in by providing their credentials, they need to fill the form with valid information of personal details like name, valid mobile number, maid ID, address, etc. While choosing the exam center, tick it carefully as the request for any changes are not accepted.
Step 3: Uploading the Documents
Applicants must upload the scanned images and other mentioned documents in the specified format and size.
Step 4: Payment of Application Fee
The application fee of UKSEE 2021 for the category OBC/Gen is INR 1500, and for SC/ST category students, it is INR 750. The fee will have to be paid online via Debit/Credit or through net banking only.

Exam Pattern of UKSEE
A glimpse of the actual exam pattern of how the UKSEE exam paper will appear is given for reference purposes. The complete paper will be of objective type questions (MCQs), and there are 9 papers for different courses. By knowing the exam pattern of UKSEE candidates, you will get an idea regarding the examination and how the paper appears for the exam.
- Mode of Exam: Candidates will sit for the offline mode exam, the pen, and the paper-based exam. Answers will be marks in the specially designed OMR sheets

UKSEE 2021 Admit Card
On successful submission of the application form, the UKSEE admit card will be issued by the UK and released online. Candidates will have to log in using registration ID and DOB to download the admit card. It is an important piece of paper that is mandatory for students to carry to the examination hall. If the candidate fails to carry their admit card, they will not sit for the examination.
The admit card or hall ticket of UKSEE contains important details like personal details, roll number, timings, and exam center information. If there are any wrong details, he/she needs to report to the authorities to get it rectified.
Steps to download UKSEE Admit Card
- On the official website of UKSEE, navigate to admit card link.
- In the login, the window enters registration ID and DOB.
- By clicking on the ‘Login Button’ UKSEE admit card will be displayed
- Download the admit card and take a printout of the same
UKSEE 2021 Results & Score Card
Within a month of examination, results of UKSEE will be declared online on the official site. Usually, in June, the results will be announced. In the first step, the candidates' scores will be announced. Later merit list will be released where the list contains the aspirants' names who have secured more scores than the cut-off put up. The authorities will release the answer key along with the results. Candidates qualified in the result are eligible for counseling sessions once the cut-off of UKSEE is out.

UKSEE 2021 Counselling & Admission
It is a step by step process taking place. Once the results are announced, and candidates are shortlisted, those merit candidates will be eligible for UKSEE counseling. UTU conducts the counseling session of UKSEE, and candidates will have to appear for the counseling. It is necessary to register in the online portal to attend the counseling. There is a counseling fee of INR 1000 that has to be paid by the candidates to attend the selection process.
The eligible candidates will receive the call letter on their registered email ID. Those who have received seat allotment need to report to the respective college for document verification and further admission process. UKSEE counseling will be held in 2 rounds, and both the rounds shall take place mostly in July.
