IGNOU Distance MBA Application Forms and Procedure

The candidates who want to get their admission to IGNOU Distance MBA, they have to fill application forms and submit to IGNOU. Given below is the procedure for filling up the application form for the Entrance test (Open MAT) as well as for the Admission to Management program.

Form 1 : Procedure for filling the Application Form for the Entrance Test OPENMAT

  • Form 1:Application form for OPENMAT XL & XLI Entrance Test has been provided in a separate envelope along with the Prospectus and Student Handbook. The candidates have to read these instructions before filling up Form 1.
  • Form 2:The candidate should ensure that he/she fulfill the admission criteria as prescribed by the University as on the last date for submission of Application form for Admission to Management Program.
  • Form 1:Selected Study Centers given in Appendix-3 will be designated as Exam Centers for OPENMAT but it is not necessary that the chosen Centre will be allocated for OPENMAT.
  • Form 2:Admission for IGNOU Distance MBA is open only to candidates residing in India.
  • Form 1:Candidates need to send their Entrance Test (OPENMAT) FORM 1 Application by Registered/Speed Post.
  • Form 2:The Applications received after the due date will not be accepted.

Form 2 : Procedure for filling the Application Form for the Admission to IGNOU Distance MBA

  • Application Form for Admission to IGNOU Distance MBA has to be sent to the Regional Centre with necessary Testimonials, Identity Card and Fee.
  • The candidate must note that no request for change of your address will be entertained till admissions are finalized.
  • The candidate must fill the form and Mail or Send in Person along with the following documents to the respective REGIONAL CENTRE, so as to reach on or before the last date.
  • The handbook and prospectus is applicable only to candidates residing in India.
  • The candidates need to submit attested copies of relevant documents to establish their eligibility.
