The total KEAM 2024 score will be the combined sum of scores from Paper 1 and Paper 2, giving a maximum total score of 960. KEAM 2024 Rank List
The KEAM rank list includes students who have achieved ranks higher than the cutoff ranks determined by the Commissioner of Entrance Exams.
To prepare for the KEAM rank list 2024, the authorities will consider the marks obtained by the student in KEAM 2024 and the aggregate of marks in Physics, Maths, and Chemistry in the class 12 exam.
Before releasing the KEAM rank list, a link will be provided for students to submit their 12 exam marks. Both the KEAM result 2024 and marks obtained in the 12 exams will be given equal weightage.
Tie Breaking For KEAM Rank List
If there are ties in the KEAM 2024 rank list, they will be resolved based on the following rules:
For Engineering:
Students will be ranked based on their performance in math in the entrance exam, with higher marks resulting in higher rankings.
- In case of a tie, priority will be given to the student with superior marks in Physics from the Physics & Chemistry Paper in the Entrance Exam.
- If a tie persists, precedence will be given to the student with higher standardized marks in Maths from the final year of the qualifying exam.
- If the tie persists further, preference will be given to the student with higher standardized marks in Physics from the final year of the qualifying exam.
- If a tie remains, the age of the student will be taken into account, and the older student will receive a higher ranking.
For B Pharm:
Priority will be granted to the student achieving the highest marks in chemistry in Paper I of the Engineering Entrance Exam for ranking purposes.
- If a tie persists, the age of the students will be considered, and the older student will be granted a higher ranking.
