With a KEAM rank of 13900 and 96% in 10+2, you have a good chance of getting admission into CSE in many AKTU-affiliated colleges, including self-financing or private colleges. Know that there are very few colleges offering Aeronautical Engineering, so there are fewer seats and cutoffs are competitive.
