KEAM 2024 Application Form

CEE Kerala will release the KEAM application form on the official website. Aspiring pupils need to fill out the form online. Before applying, students must check and fulfill the eligibility criteria. The KEAM 2024 application process includes registration, form filling, document uploading, and fee payment. The KEAM registration dates for 2024 are yet to be announced. Students must complete the registration before the deadline.

 General category students need to pay KEAM 2024 registration fees of Rs. 700, 500, or 900 based on their course choices. Reserved category students must pay Rs. 300, 200, or 400, according to different course choices. Students choosing Dubai as the KEAM exam centre must pay an additional fee of Rs. 12,000 along with the application fees.

How to apply for KEAM 2024

Students need to visit the official website to finish the registration process. They will also choose KEAM exam centers during the application form filling.

Step 1: KEAM 2024 Online Registration

• Students can find the application form online on the official KEAM website.
• The online registration for KEAM 2024 is a one-time process.
• During this process, students will receive a system-generated KEAM application number.
• Enter your password when prompted during registration, and it's recommended to have a strong password. 
• Students will need to re-enter the password to confirm it.
• To register successfully for the exam, students need to create a log in. KEAM login is necessary for all the other steps in the online submission.
• To create a login, provide your application number and password given during exam registration.

Step 2: Fill Details in the KEAM Application Form

• Students can complete and submit the KEAM 2024 application form online for all courses. Students need to provide all the basic information in the KEAM application form, such as:
  • Name
  • Education details
  • Date of birth
  • Email ID
  • Phone number etc
• Students should fill out the exam application form carefully. Any mistake or providing false/incomplete/wrong information will affect the student's eligibility for admission or claim for reservation under any category. It is mandatory to fill in all the items in the application.

Step 3: Upload Documents

After completing all the details in the application form, students need to upload their recent passport-size photo, signature, and left-hand thumb impression, all in jpeg format following the given specifications.

• Format: JPG (JPEG)
• Height: 150 pixels and 200 pixels
• Size: Between 10-30 kb

Left Thumb Impression:

• Format: JPG (JPEG)
• Height: 150 pixels and 100 pixels
• Size: Between 10-30 kb

Signature:

• Format: JPG (JPEG)
• Height: 150 pixels and 100 pixels
• Size: Between 10-30 kb

Step 4: Paying the KEAM application fee

• In this step, students need to provide payment details for the application fee.
• Any student who does not belong to the SC community will be considered a general category student for the collection of the application fee.

Payment Modes:

• Online Payment: Use a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net banking.
• Post Office Payment: Make payment at all Head and Sub Post Offices in Kerala by the e-Challan produced during the submission of the application.

Here is the KEAM registration fee based on different courses:

Engineering only:

• General/OBC: Rs. 700
• SC: Rs. 300
• ST: Nil

Pharmacy-only:

• General/OBC: Rs. 500
• SC: Rs. 200
• ST: Nil

Engineering and Pharmacy Both:

• General/OBC: Rs. 900
• SC: Rs. 400
• ST: Nil

Step 5: Print the KEAM application

• The student should print out the online submitted application containing all the information provided.
• Students should also make photocopies of the course certificate for the further admission process.

How To Check KEAM Application Status

Students can check the status of their KEAM application form on the official CEE website. To do this, students need to log in to the website using their login credentials.

Here are the different statuses available for students:

1. Registration: Indicates whether the student has completed registration for the online application.
2. Upload Images: This shows whether the photograph, signature & thumb impression have been successfully uploaded to the portal.
3. Fill Application: Indicates whether the application form has been filled out and submitted.
4. Pay Application Fee: This shows whether the CEE office has received confirmation of payment.
5. Print Application: Denotes whether the student has generated a printout of the application.
6. Received by CEE: Indicates whether the CEE office has received and initiated scrutiny of the application. A green status indicates the application is under scrutiny.
7. A green signal indicates the completion of the step, while a red signal indicates the step is pending.

KEAM 2024 Application Form Correction

Students who submitted online applications for KEAM-2024 can make corrections to their Photo, Signature, and Name on the KEAM 2024 official website. They can log in using their KEAM Application Number and Password.

If students have any issues with their Photo and Signature, they can see the problems by clicking on the menu item 'Memo details' provided on the profile page. Students can fix the issues in their Photo and Signature by uploading the right specifications of Photo and Signature.

Students can edit only a few fields in the KEAM application form. Changes cannot be made in the fields of KEAM 2024 exam centers and courses. During the KEAM application correction process, students can change the following details.

• Scanned images of photo, signature & thumb impression
• Birth date
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Aadhaar number

Changes cannot be made in the fields of KEAM exam centers and courses.

How To Make Correction To Form

To correct the KEAM 2024 application form, follow these steps:

1. Go to the official website.
2. Click on "KEAM 2024 Application Form Change."
3. Enter the application number and DOB on the page.
4. The KEAM application form correction window will pop up. Then, students can make the necessary changes.
5. Take at least two printout copies of the edited application form.
