GUJCET Exam Pattern Highlights
According to the GUJCET 2024 pattern, the exam will include two papers. Paper 1 will contain questions from Physics and Chemistry. While Paper 2 will contain questions from Maths.
Paper 1, which covers Physics and Chemistry, will take place in the morning session. It will have a total of 80 questions. There will be 40 from each subject, and the duration will be 120 minutes.
Paper 2, focusing on Maths, will occur in the afternoon session and have 80 questions. There will be 40 from Maths and 40 from Biology.

- The question paper will be made available in 3 languages. These are Hindi, English, and Gujarati. Students can choose one language.
- Students will have 3 hours to finish the exam.
- There will be a total of 120 questions, with 40 in each section: Physics, Chemistry, and Maths/Biology.
- All questions will be MCQs (multiple-choice) type.
- Students will have four options for each question and must choose and mark one.
- Using a black pencil, students should darken the correct option on the OMR sheet.
- The total marks in the exam are 120.
- Each correct answer will earn students 1 mark.
- For each incorrect answer, students will incur a negative marking of 0.25 marks.
