PESSAT How to Apply

PES University released the PESSAT 2024 application form 2024 on 20th October. The application form is available only online. Students interested in applying for PESSAT 2024 can visit the official website. Then, fill out the application form. The last day to fill out the PESSAT application form is 22nd April 2024. Students choosing Bangalore Test Centres for PESSAT must submit the application form by the last week of April.

Students seeking admission to PES University must complete the application form before the deadlines. The application process for PESSAT is the same for all the courses, but the eligibility criteria differ. Students must verify the PESSAT 2024 eligibility criteria before applying online. Students must complete the PES University Entrance Exam form 2024 correctly. Applications with incorrect information will be rejected.

Students must pay the PESSAT 2024 application fee of Rs. 1050 to complete the procedure successfully. If students fail to make the payment, their candidature will be canceled. Those who successfully finish the application procedure by making payment can proceed with the PESSAT 2024 slot booking process. Only after reserving time slots for PESSAT students can access the PESSAT 2024 admit card.

  • Students must check eligibility before applying for the exam because the application forms have only been accessible to eligible students.
  • Only authentic details should be entered in the application form. Details from the 10th-grade mark sheet will be accepted for DOB proof.
  • The application form for each offered course should be completed before the deadline. The specialist will not accept any application forms sent after the deadline.
  • Students should take a printout of their completed application form. Take a printout of the fee receipt for future use.

PESSAT 2024 Application Form Required Documents

Students must have specific documents on hand while filling out the application form or PESSAT 2024 registration form. The needed information in the application form must be correct and consistent. Incorrect information might result in cancellation of admission or application rejection. As a result, it's best to fill out the PES University Exam application form entirely with authentic documents.

  • Class 10 and 12 mark sheets/certificates (UG Courses).
  • Graduation Certificates (PG Courses).
  • Only class 10 documents are required for those who appeared in class 12.
  • a scanned image of a passport-sized color photo and signature.
  • Aadhaar card or any other ID proof.

PESSAT 2024 Application Form Filling

Filling out the PESSAT 2024 Online application form involves several stages. It includes registering for PESSAT 2024, completing the application form, uploading the signature and photo, making the fee payment, and finally, submitting the form.

Step 1: Register for PESSAT 2024

  • Go to PESSAT 2024 registration by visiting the PES University website.
    • Choose the course for which you want to apply
    • Enter the Name
    • Select the gender
    • Enter Date of Birth
    • Enter the valid Email ID
    • Choose test cities
  • After filling out the brief details, click the Proceed button. Followed by the edit or confirm button.
  • When you click the confirm button, a page with your personal information will appear on the screen.

Step 2: Fill out the PESSAT application form

  • Enter the qualifying examination information.
  • Enter the parents' information:
    • Father's and mother's names
    • The father's and mother's qualifications
    • Father and mother's occupations
    • Names of the father and mother
    • Employer information for the father and mother
    • Father and mother's annual income
  • A PES graduate: Yes or No
  • Compulsorily enter your cell phone number (without the zero '0'), i.e., a 10-digit number.
    • If available, write your STD code and your home phone number; otherwise, leave it blank.
  • Include the full permanent address and the city and zip code
    • Write your full current address, as well as the city, zip code, and district where you may be reached. Choose your state from the options provided for a permanent address.
    • Provide your current communication address.
  • Please choose visual or physical.
  • Select Details for people with disabilities: Yes or No
  • Enter your birthplace.
  • Choose the appropriate family size from the dropdown menu.
  • Choose your citizenship: Indian or Other
  • Enter your mother tongue.
  • Enter the caste system.
  • Choose the category to which you belong:
    • SC
    • OTHERS
    • ST
    • OBC
    • GEN
  • Choose Religion from the dropdown menu.
  • Select Indian or Other as your nationality
  • Choose the appropriate blood group from the dropdown menu.
  • Undergraduate Program Qualifying Exam
  • 12th CBSE or 12th State board or 12th ICSE
  • Postgraduate Program Qualifying Exam
    • Year of Passing
    • Registration number
    • Total number of marks
    • Aggregate percentage
    • PCM (10+2) information for undergraduate programs

  • If the student chooses the B.Tech registration form, the branch must be chosen from a selection list.
    • Mechanical

  • Choose three test centre preferences from the dropdown menu.
  • Select the Declaration to Part in the registration form and click on the submit button. If it is confirmed, click the confirm button, and you will be taken to the "Your application has been submitted successfully page."
  • Continue to submit your photograph by clicking the Continue button.
  • Choose a photo from a specific path.

Step 3: Upload a photo

Students should upload their photos after filling out the PESSAT application form 2024. Make sure the photo is the correct size and format. Otherwise, students may have problems uploading their photos.

Step 4: Pay the PESSAT application fee

After photo upload, while filling out the application form, students need to submit the application fees. Below are the payment method details.

  • Payment can be made online or offline (Demand Draft/E-Challan)
  • The PESSAT 2024 application fees cost Rs. 1050 for all the categories.

PESSAT 2024 Application Form Fees – Online Payment

  • After reading the instructions, click the "I agree and Pay Now" button.
  • If you pay with a credit or debit card, enter the card number, the card's name, the card's expiration date, and the CVV number, then click the make payment button.
  • After clicking the Make Payment option, you will be presented with a payment receipt. Also, the application's final print form.

PESSAT 2024 Application Form Fees – Offline Payment

If students wish to pay via DD, enter the following DD information online

  • Enter the DD Number, the Bank Name, the Branch Name, the Branch City Name, and the DD Date.

Through Demand Draft 

  • If a student chooses this payment method, they must complete their entire registration process online before printing their application form.
  • In addition, they must execute a Demand Draft (DD) for Rs. 1050 in favor of the 'PES Uni - General fund,' payable in Bangalore.
  • After completing this step, they must mail their application form and DD to the Uni address.

Through E-Challan 

  • If a student chooses this payment method, they must print the E-Challan. Print after completing the online application form. And take it to any ICICI bank branch to pay the exam fee.
