KIITEE 2023 Counselling: Choice Filling, Seat Allotment, and Documents

In March, the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will start offering online counselling for the KIITEE 2023. To be admitted to their top-choice programs, candidates who passed the KIITEE entrance exam must attend the KIITEE 2023 counseling. For KIITEE 2023, there will be four stages of online counseling. The KIITEE counseling procedure will start in the second week of July 2023. Every qualified exam candidate will have online KIITEE counseling as part of the selection process.

Following each round of KIITEE counseling, the authority will undertake the counseling process following the number of seats available. The candidates must be on time for the counseling session with some crucial paperwork. Candidates must also bring their original documents for the document verification process.

• The institute hosts the counseling session on its campus.
• The rank card must be downloaded by all candidates from the KIIT's official website.
• The applicants selected for the counselling session must arrive at the specified address at least 30 minutes before the session's scheduled start time.
• Candidates must provide all necessary documentation for the interview location and payment.
• Candidates must pay the counseling cost by DD or demand draught made out to KIIT and payable in Bhubaneswar.
• An applicant will have the option to select their preferred current course during the counseling process.
• KIITEE 2023 seat allocation for the counseling process will consider the candidate's choice, rank, number of available seats, and category.
• A candidate must have the required paperwork and fees for the seat allocation process.
• The counseling process does not have to end at a specific period. After all the seats have been filled, the counseling process will be finished.

Option filling, provisional allotment, fee payment, and final branch or department assignment are just a few of the processes in the KIITEE 2023 counseling process. Applicants must submit scanned copies of several documents, including their rank card, class 10 and 12 diplomas, and admit cards. After all, openings have been filled, KIITEE admissions will be closed. To be eligible for admission granted by the KIIT, applicants must attend the KIITEE counseling session in 2023.

KIITEE 2023 Results

The third week of May 2023 will see the release of the KIITEE 2023 Results. The outcome will be announced based on the candidate's performance in the admission exam. For each course, a unique merit list will also be created.

KIITEE 2023 Counselling Procedure

The university will begin the online KIITEE counseling procedure in 2023 for B.Tech, UG, and integrated programs. The shortlisted candidates for the KIITEE 2023 counseling program must show up for the counseling session on the scheduled date with the necessary documentation.

Candidates who have not yet received their Class 12th results must submit an undertaking to reserve their spot in their desired program. After the announcement of the Class 12 results, candidates may submit them. Even at the end of the admissions process, a candidate's application will be withdrawn if they fail to do so.

KIITEE Counselling 2023 Documents

Candidates selected for further consideration must present the following paperwork during the KIITEE 2023 counseling session.

• Class 10th Grade sheet
• Mark sheet/ Pass Certificate for Class 12
• KIITEE 2023 Rank Card
• KIITEE 2023 Admit Card
• Behaviour Certificate
• The passing certificate and graduation mark sheet are only required for candidates for the MCA, MCA(LE), and M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Applied Microbiology).
• Three years' worth of grades and a diploma pass certificate (for Lateral Entry Candidates)
• B.Tech., BE, M.CA., and M.Sc. or comparable degree Certificates (For applicants seeking an M. Tech., LLM, or Ph.D.)
• GATE 2023 Scorecard (for M.Tech GATE Qualified only)
• A pertinent certificate signed by the competent authority expressly states the candidate's claim to the reservation criteria.
• Demand Draft for INR 75,000/-, payable in Bhubaneswar, in front of the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), which includes the counseling registration cost of Rs. 10,000 (non-refundable). According to the fee structure, the remaining fee must be paid on the day of reporting.

KIITEE 2023 Counselling Seat Reservation

In each program, the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) allocates a specific number of seats for applicants who fall under particular criteria. Candidates who fall into one of three special categories include those who are physically challenged (PC), members of scheduled tribes (ST), and members of scheduled castes (SC). The specified percentage of reserved tickets will be considered while allocating seats for KIITEE 2023. Guidelines for Parent Authorization from KIITEE Counselling

Candidates will only be considered for this level if they attend the counseling session on the scheduled date; otherwise, they will be permitted on a provisional basis. The candidate will be qualified for admission after the biometric verification and the final seat allocation. The list of necessary KIITEE counseling documents for parent authorization is provided below.
