The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) will conduct COMEDK UGET counselling 2022 online for individuals who qualify in COMEDK 2022. The authority will perform centralized two-round counselling for admissions to Undergraduate Engineering programmes. The counselling session will provide vital information about admission to B Tech at COMEDK 2022 Participating Institutes. Soon after the commencement of COMEDK  Results, the Consortium will begin the counselling. However, it is expected that COMEDK 2022 Counselling might begin in July/August 2022. Whereas the COMEDK 2022 results will be available by the 1^st week of July 2022. The Consortium will soon update the COMEDK 2022 Counselling Dates Officially.

COMEDK UGET 2022 Counselling Facts

• Rounds of COMEDK 2022 Counselling: a maximum of 3 rounds are permitted.
• Sessions of Counselling: sessions are limited to a maximum of 7 per round.
• Stages of Counselling: COMEDK 2022 Counselling Registration, Uploading Documents for Verification, Choice Filling, Mock Allotment, Seat Allotment
• COMEDK UGET (engineering) and NATA exam qualifiers (architecture) can participate in counselling. However, to participate in counselling, students must first register online. Whereas NATA qualifiers have to register based on the NATA score.
• Students taking the supplemental test for the PU Board or 10+2 in 2021-22, on the other hand, can upload their current marks card for the time being.

Eligible to Participate in COMEDK UGET 2022 Counselling

The selected students must meet the following requirements to appear for counselling:

• Students must have a valid COMEDK Rank Card from the 2022 session.
• Students who have passed their 12th boards with a minimum aggregate score of 45 per cent in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry, and 40 per cent for reserved students, are eligible.
• Original valid ID proof and academic documents are required for all students.
• Students with supplemental qualifications can participate in round 2 if they meet all other eligibility requirements.

COMEDK UGET 2022 Counselling Process

Students can register for the COMEDK 2022 counselling procedure by following the simple steps below. Those who pass the written exam will only be contacted for counselling.

COMEDK UGET 2022 Surrender Process

If a student wishes to withdraw from the programme, they must take the following steps:

Step 1: First, go to the official portal and look up the surrender dates.

Step 2: Go to the Application Form and select the "Surrender Tab."

Step 3: Finally, submit the Surrender Form online and print it.

Step 4: Attend Round 2 to check for new colleges or courses; bring a DD for Rs 5000/- and a printout of the surrender form.

Step 5: If a student does not select a seat in Round 2, the following documents must be sent via rapid post along with other necessary documentation.

Step 6: The refund will be handled by the end of the fourth week of August.

COMEDK UGET 2022 Counselling Fee Return Policy

• Candidates must abandon their seats during the stipulated days to receive a fee refund after deducting Rs. 5000. (Administrative Expenses).
• Students can familiarise themselves with the Seat Surrender Procedure. The reimbursed money will be issued as a crossed A/C payee check only in the candidate's name.
• Students must present the original allotment letter for COMEDK and the bank receipt and verification card that they got.
• During admission, a student may be asked to have all original documents checked and the Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate at the college level.
