The questions in CMAT entrance examination are multiple-choice questions. 180 minutes are allowed for attempting these questions. 4 marks are awarded for each correct answer whereas there is a deduction of 1 mark for every wrong answer. There are four sections in the test and each section consists of only 25 questions. Each section carries 100 marks.
The syllabus of CMAT comprises of General Awareness, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Quantitative Techniques.
- The CMAT exam is computer based.
- The questions are objective type MCQ Pattern.
- Total duration of the test is 180 minutes.
- There is negative marking for each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted.4 marks for each correct answer.
- No breaks will be given. A scratch paper will be provided and the candidate needs to leave that back in the exam center.
