Institute of Productivity and Management Courses offered

The courses offered in SKN SSBM are MBA/ PGDM and EX PGDM. It is a management stream course at the PG level. The course duration is 2 years. The annual intake of students at the College is 300. The admission process is accepted online, i.e. by visiting the official website. 

The minimum eligibility criteria for admissions is to have completed 10+2 board exams and a graduation degree of 3 years in any subject or specialization with an average of 50% marks. The selection criteria for admissions will be based on academic merit and an entrance exam called CAT/ MAT/ XAT/CMAT, etc. For ex-PGDM, the applicants must have a bachelor's, followed by a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the relevant field.

The IPM applications can be submitted in online and offline mode. They can fill in the form online or by downloading the form and filling it manually. 

Institute of Productivity and Management Placements 

IPM Meerut has a dedicated placement cell that works to bring companies for campus interviews. It has a good placement record and provides students with many job opportunities. Students are also provided with training in aptitude, group discussion and personal interview rounds. The placement cell is to bring companies to the campus for placements. It also ensures the provision of proper training to students who are looking for job opportunities after their graduation.

Some top companies participating in the drive are Tally, Amazon, Flipkart, Genpact, IBM, HDFC Bank, CEAT Cipla Ltd, and Airtel. The highest package is INR 12 LPA, and the IPM average package is INR 6 LPA.

The Institute is known to provide a variety of scholarships for its students. These scholarships will depend on past academic performance and the need for financial assistance. Some of these scholarships are specifically designed to help women pursue their studies. Others are offered to athletes, soldiers, and kith and kin of employees. Hostel facility: IPM Meerut has a separate hostel facility for boys and girls with state-of-the-art amenities. Each room is designed like a home and not like old-fashioned dormitories. Each room has a study table, chair, and other furniture. The hostels are well-ventilated and clean and provide a comfortable environment for students to study in. They also have a lounge and multi-gym for students to socialize with other students. The hostel fee at IPM is INR 40 K per annum.
