VTUEEE 2023 Application Form, Exam Dates, Eligibility, Pattern and Syllabus

VTUEEE 2023 competitive exam is known for getting admissions for UG Engineering courses in Vel Tech University with 16 specializations in that stream, held as per the schedule released by the concerned authority. Students are always advised to check some of the tentative dates related to this entrance examination. Here are some of the details that the students will have to keep looking into to get updates on the schedule of VTUEEE 2023, which are mentioned below.

Students need to be well informed about the institute's specified eligibility criteria before appearing for any of the entrance examinations, such that any significant events related to eligibility criteria should not be overlooked under any conditions. Before filling out the application form, applicants will have to go through the VTUEEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria. Here he/she should understand that once the Vel Tech University committee decides that the student doesn’t fit the set criteria, the application might be eliminated at any admission stage. The applicants' age limit must be 25 years of age, and for SC / ST/ PC applicants, there is a relaxation of 5 years.

• Applicants must score a minimum of 60% marks in MPC/BPC in 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent exam.
• Applicants who are willing to join for lateral B-Tech should have a Diploma in Engineering / Technology from the State Technical Education Board, Tamil Nadu, or its equivalent. OR
• In Science Degree (B.Sc.,) (10 + 2 + 3 streams) must be at the HSCC with Mathematics as a subject. 

VTUEEE 2023 Application Form can also be downloaded from the website or obtained by post or manually from the University Office. For both phases, the application forms will be available from 26 December 2021. Candidates are required to enter a valid mobile number and E-mail ID. 

• VTUEEE 2023 Online Application Form: Candidate can visit www.veltechuniv.edu.in to apply online. The application fee can be paid through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card / Paytm Wallet. Application forms are also available on the Google Play store.
• VTUEEE 2023 Offline Application Form:  Candidate can send in a Demand draft for Rs.950/- drawn in favour of “ Veltech Dr RR & Dr SR University,” payable at Chennai Director - UG Admission, along with a requisition letter containing the full address of the applicant.

While preparing to attend the VTUEEE 2023 competitive entrance exam, the students must be aware if there are any changes in the VTUEEE 2023 Exam Pattern which will help them to know about the details like the mode of examination, evaluating criteria, priority sections to concentrate on, if there is any negative marking, type of questions, the total number of questions and sections, duration of exam, etc. and helps them to have a better focus on the entrance test.

VTUEEE 2023 is 3 hours or 180 minutes exam accessible via offline (pen & paper) mode exam for joining various degree courses here at the university level. Here the students will have to attend 90 questions, with each question carrying 4 marks. The exam paper has 3 sections to attend with categories such as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with each section having 30 questions. This exam follows an objective type question pattern, i.e., multiple-choice Question format. There is a deduction of ¼ or 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

VTUEEE 2023 admit card/ hall ticket will be issued to the applicants who have registered for the VTUEEE exam and have paid the application fees along with it. The admit cards will be published and announced on the official website of the conducting authority, and the dates will be informed later on the official website. The admit card will be emailed to the applicant's mail ID or download from the official website.

The student must log in to the VTUEEE website, click on the 'Admit card' link, enter their login details, and download the admit card/ hall ticket. Students must carefully go through the information printed on the admit cards, such as the applicant's name, exam date, venue, time, and contact details. Students must add a valid photo ID proof issued by India's Government to the exam center. They must pin in a recent passport-sized photograph on the hall ticket as they uploaded it in the VTUEEE application form. Carrying a hall ticket is mandatory for all the selected students at the examination center. If not, the student will be restricted from taking up the examination without the admit ccard andanye considerable ID proof.

Documents Required with VTUEEE 2023 Admit Card           

In addition to VTUEEE 2023 admit card/ hall ticket, the candidate shall also carry one more valid Photo Id proof to prove their identity, such as:

• PAN Card
• Voter ID
• Aadhaar ID

The results of VTUEEE 2023 will be announced in both phases of the exam on the official website. If the candidates have taken the VTUEEE examination, candidates can look up their results. After the result's declaration, they can also obtain ranks through the mail.

Applicants can verify their results using the exam application number and login credentials. Candidates can download the result. The result, as well as the merit list, will be released on the official website. The VTUEEE 2023 merit list can be viewed using the login credentials.

VTUEEE 2023 results and merit list include details such as student’s name, student’s VTUEEE registration number, roll number of the applicant, category-wise scores, along with overall scores. The result and shortlisting of students are given along with the rank/ merit list on the official website as per the mentioned tentative dates.

Steps to Download VTUEEE 2023 Results                                 

• Visit the Vel Tech University website.
• Click on the ‘VTUEEE scorecard’ tab.
• Enter your login credentials such as VTUEEE 2023 user ID and password.
• Lastly, Download and save the VTUEEE 2023 result, and lastly, take a print out

All the eligible applicants will need to access their counselling letter, which will have a timetable and process for counselling participation. Students have to enrol themselves and choose their desired courses during the counselling process. Later, the seats' allocation will be made following the student's merit and choice. For each round, the counselling process for VTUEEE 2023 will be done separately, and the applicants will be asked to verify their admission after allocating seats.

Candidates are required to select the Centres (PPT/ CBT) most convenient to them. While every effort will be made to allow the Centre opted by the candidate, the University reserves its discretion to allot a Centre other than that of the candidate’s choice. Under any circumstances, the Centre, once allotted, will not be changed by the University. The exam is conducted in 84 cities across India.
