Karunya University conducts all India level entrance exams which is known as KEE. KEE is organized for admission into B. Tech Courses and M.Sc Integrated programme that are offered by the university.
The Karunya University was founded as Christian minority institution and accredited by NAAC with B grade.

Candidate has to fulfil the given eligibility criteria for appear in KEE:-
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board in the first attempt.
- The candidate must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths altogether.
- Candidates must be of 21 years on 1st July 2019.
- Candidates who seeks admission in B. Tech Food Processing and Engineering/ Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology, they have to qualify the 12th or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Zoology /Botany/Computer Science.
Publish the results on the first week of April. Candidates can download their Rank Card by entering their application number and date of birth. Result cum rank card represents the performance of a candidate which clearly explains that how well the candidate did in the engineering entrance exam and on the basis of the rank what are the chances of a candidate beholds to get admission in the desired course.
Counselling will be done on the basis of the merit and is being held on different days according to the ranks of qualified candidates. Counselling is a single window counselling which means that different processes of counselling like fee deposition, document submission, document verification etc. will be done through a single window.
The candidates must assure while choosing the exam centre , one the exam centre is been selected can’t be changed under any circumstances. Exam was held across 57 centres in 49 cities. 7000 applicants were appeared in the Karunya Entrance Exam (KEE) for around 1600 seats
