GEEE 2021 Application Form, Exam Dates, Eligibility, Pattern and Syllabus

GEEE competitive exam is known for getting admissions for UG Engineering courses in Galgotias University with 16 specializations in that stream which will be held as per the schedule released by the concerned authority. Students are always advised to keep a check on some of the tentative dates related to this entrance examination. Here are some of the details that the students will have to keep looking into so as to get updates on the schedule of GEEE 2021 which are mentioned below.

Students getting prepared to appear for GEEE 2021 should know about the conducting University who initiates for taking important decisions in their eligibility criteria. Formatting the specified criteria will benefit the aspiring students to know if they will be qualified or have the capacity to appear for the exam before filling the online application form. Here he/she should understand that once the Galgotias University committee decides that the student doesn’t fit to the set criteria then the application might be eliminated at any stage of admissions. 

Students applying for the entrance test must fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below in order to appear for the Galgotias Engineering Entrance Examination (GEEE) 2021 exam:

• For UG students, they should have completed their 10 & 12 board exams in any relevant stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
• Students should have also appeared and have valid score in entrance exams such as JEE Main can also appear for admissions.
• Students should have aggregate in major compulsory subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and English language.

The GEEE aspirant students will have to follow some steps before applying for GEEE 2021, the application/ registration process for GEEE 2021 involves a set of stages like: Registration, Filling up the Application form and Uploading scanned Photographs and other required Documents, Online payment of fees, etc.

Candidates must have an in-depth look into the details regarding GEEE 2021 Application Form:

Tentatively the GEEE 2021 Application Form will be made live and accessible from the Last week of December 2020 as announced by the Galgotias Universities committee and the last due date for the submission of application form with fee will be in the last week of May 2021. GEEE 2021 Application form will be made accessible through online mode on the official website.

The application form for GEEE will be released from November 2021 and students can make sure that they are registered on time for taking up the entrance test.

Step 1: Registration                                                          

To register for GEEE 2021, the students will have to provide some of the basic details such as their name, date of birth, email-id, contact details, residence address, choice of their degree stream , specializations, entrance exam information, exam venue information, etc. and lastly press submit button.

After providing the form, applicants will be informed about their preferred B-Tech program and 3 specializations through email or SMS after which he/she will have to continue to complete all the other steps of application.

Step 2: Uploading Documents/ Photographs     

The submission of documents and photographs is very vital while applying for GEEE and the students will have to upload their scanned copy of recent, passport-size photograph and their signature in digital format as per the specifications asked in the form. The clipped-in file size that needs to be submitted should be within the given size limit in the form.

Step 3: Application filling and submission                  

The student should fill in all the details and also allot 3 preferred exam center and then submit the form after which a conformation pop-up will be displayed on the screen and the student should read it and click on ‘I accept the terms and conditions’.

The GEEE 2021 application form will appear on the screen and the aspirants will have to scrutinize all the details and try to modify it if necessary and then click on ‘Save and Print’

Applicants are advised to take hard copy of the application receipt after the above steps are completed and a payment ID for reference which will be used for paying application fees.

Step 4: Payment of Fees                                                                    

GEEE application fees have to be paid through online mode by using debit card/ credit card or net banking. The application fee for GEEE 2021 is INR 500/-. After the amount is transacted then it becomes non-refundable at any given time. Payment link for GEEE 2021 application fees will be live only after the form has been submitted, and the students can continue to pay the fees.

Step 5: Confirmation of GEEE 2021 Application                

After the transaction of GEEE application fee is done, students will get an online receipt to the contact details given by the student which shows the completion of registration process.

Students will also get a mail on their registered email ID where the students will get a document format file of the complete Application Form GEEE 2021 attached and then they can access their registered accounts and hard copy of the application form.

While preparing to attend GEEE 2021 competitive entrance exam the students must be aware if there are any changes in the exam Pattern which will help them to know about the details like the mode of examination, evaluating criteria, priority sections to concentrate on, if there is any negative marking, type of questions, total number of questions and sections, duration of exam etc. and helps them to have better focus on the entrance test.

GEEE 2021 isa 1 ½ hours or 90 minutes of exam which is accessible in via offline (pen & paper) mode exam for joining for various degree courses here in University level. Here the students will have toattend 90 questions with each question carrying 1 mark. The exam paper has 3 sections to attend with categories such as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with each section having 30 questions. This exam follows objective type question pattern i.e. multiple choice Question format.

GEEE 2021 Syllabus

The syllabus for GEEE 2021 there isn’t any particular syllabus as specified by the institute but however the question paper will have questions diversified under 3 different sections as mentioned above and the topics would be related to. The topics that are given more importance will be announced later in the website.

GEEE 2021 admit card/ hall ticket will be issued to the applicants who have registered themselves for the GEEE exam and have paid the application fees along with it. The admit cards will be published and announced on the official website of the conducting authority and the dates will be informed later on the official website.

The student must log in to GEEE website and click on the ‘Admit card’ link and enter their login details and download the admit card/ hall ticket. Students must carefully go through the information printed on the admit card such as the name of the applicant, exam date, venue, time and contact details. Students must add a valid photo ID proof issued by the Government of India to the exam center. They must pin in a recent passport size photograph on the hall ticket as they uploaded in the GEEE application form. Carrying hall ticket is a mandatory rule for all the selected students at the examination center, if not the student will be restricted from taking up the examination without the hall ticket along with any one considerable ID proof.

Documents Required with GEEE 2021 Admit Card                

In addition to GEEE 2021 admit card/ hall ticket the candidate shall also carry one more valid Photo Id proof to prove their identity such as: 

• Passport
• Driving License
• PAN Card
• Voter ID
• Aadhaar ID

GEEE results 2021 are tentatively to be announced as per the schedule depending upon the entrance exam chosen by the applicant. The result as well as the merit list will be released on the official website of GEEE 2021.The GEEE merit list can be viewed using the login credentials.

GEEE 2021 results and merit list includes details such as student’s name, student’s GEEE registration number, roll number of the applicant, category-wise scores along with overall scores. The final result and shortlisting of candidates along with rank/ merit will be available on the official website as per the mentioned tentative dates. The marks secured in GEEE 2021 will be valid for the academic year from 2021-23.

Steps to Download GEEE 2021 Results                                      

• Visit the Galgotias Universities website
• Click on ‘GEEE scorecard’ tab
• Enter your login credentials such as GEEE 2021 user ID and password

Lastly, Download and save the GEEE 2021 result and lastly take a print out

The GEEE counseling process will be conducted by the University itself on the basis of prepared merit list and based on the performance of the applicant in the entrance test and they will be selected for the counseling.

Applicants have to produce all of their original documents at the time GEEE counseling. Late verification of the documents will be done, and then seats will be allotted to the candidates.

The allocation of seats will be done as per the vacancy of seats in the University, score card and the choice filled by the candidates for a particular course.

If few candidates opt for a particular centre out of the given list of exam centres then Galgotias University may cancel the centre but candidates will be intimated for cancellation of any exam centre by the University and will be allotted any nearby or the other centre located in the same state where the candidate has opted the first centre for Galgotias Engineering Entrance Examination (GEEE).

GEEE 2021 margin will be announced on the based on the student’s performance in the entrance test and their results that will get released via online on the official website of the University. Margin percentage is based on various reasons and it is mandatory for applicants to outreach the margin criteria to qualify the examination & to further participation in various processes.

GEEE 2021 Admission Cut Off:                                             

Students who clear the GEEE 2021 exam and match the cutoff margin announced by the Institute will later be called for the final round of selection. The cutoff might vary for different campus of Galgotias University and the specialization depending upon different criteria.

GEEE 2021 will have Cut-Off standard score that the students will have to secure in order to qualify for the examination. Cut-off will be announced by the University, Greater Noida which is a deemed University and the applicants should carefully evaluate all these standards and then appear for the entrance exam for their interested stream in that University.
