Tagore Engineering College

The institute was accredited by the NAAC in 2009 and is requesting a new accreditation in 2014. The school was accredited by the National Accreditation Board (NBA) in 2004 and accredited again in 2009. The College's mission is to create resources and maintain a high-quality learning and teaching environment, provide state-of-the-art infrastructure facilities to professors and aspirants, and ethical, integrate character and moral values ??into required human resources.

• The TEC campus covers 45 hectares of land and has different blocks for engineering, administration and management, as well as state-of-the-art laboratory facilities for the departments of physics, chemistry, mechanical engineering, CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, CIVIL, and aerospace.
• For Research projects INR 2.5Crore was funded by millions of government organizations.

Currently there are 254 members of the Faculty and 131 non-teaching staff members in the College. Of the members of the faculty, 20% are doctoral students, 27% of them are currently doing their doctorate in several universities, and be reinstated by them with qualifications after graduation. The total students enrolled are 2880. The library is an important part of educational institution. A full-fledged placement office regularly plans programs to accommodate students in various national and international organizations.
