Tagore Engineering College BE course Admission. 

The Institute of TEC offers BE course in seven disciplines for four years. TEC also provides BE lateral courses for the students with eligible scores.

• Eligibility for BE course at TEC, candidates must have scored 50% marks in the 10+2 exam with PCM as main subjects. 
• Admission for BE at TEC is based on Merit and TNEA counselling conducted by AU.
• Eligibility for BE lateral course at TEC, students must have passed diploma or B.Sc with 55% marks in Maths as compulsory subjects.
• Candidates who belong to OBC / SC / ST must have scored 40% marks to apply. 
• The General category must have scored 50% marks in the 10+2 exam to apply. 

Tagore Engineering College ME Admission 

The Institute offers two years full-time ME course to eligible students. ME course at TEC offers five specializations with an intake of 18 students per year. 

• Admission for the ME course at TEC is based on merit and TANCET examination scores.
• Eligibility for ME course at TEC, candidates must have passed B. Tech or BE with 50% marks from a recognized board. 
• Candidates of the SC / ST category must have scored 45% to get admission.

Tagore Engineering College MBA / M.Sc and PhD Admission 

TEC offers an MBA course for two years with an intake of 60 students per academic year. Eligible students with qualifying marks shall apply.

• Eligibility for MBA course at TEC, applicants must have 50% marks in any undergraduate degree.
• Admission for the MBA course at TEC is made through TANCET admission.
• Eligibility for M.Sc and PhD at TEC, candidates must have passed masters degree in relevant field with 50% marks.
