The 2025 cutoff for CSE was around 22,558. This makes it a little easier to get into compared to RMK, but one still requires a very good 12th-grade score. The qualification criterion is in line with the standard Anna University guideline. The eligibility criteria are a pass in HSC along with a minimum of 45% in PCM. Admission is conducted openly through document scrutiny and seat allocation according to the state merit list, with a reserved portion for Management seats. Finally, the administrative process is highly organized, ensuring that registration and hostel allotment are completed within a single day after the counselling results are officially announced.

For admission to B.Tech in this college we must visit the campus and talk to the administrative department. RMD Engineering college admissions were given to me directly on the 12th marks basis and no entrance exam and will have to be written. I also filled the application form in the college for taking admissions.
The institution offers UG & PG courses in engineering. Fees structure for courses is feasible compare to other colleges. For M.Tech it is 1.8 Lakhs and that of B.Tech it is 7.2 Lakhs. College also offers scholarship to students on the basis of merit. Placements facilities are very good in this college.
