The Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology was founded in Delhi in 1979. NAAC has awarded the Institute an 'A.' The Self-Financing Institute was founded under the guidance of the Surajmal Memorial Educational Society. MSIT Delhi is affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and is approved by AICTE for offering undergraduate courses in engineering.
