IIIT provides B.Tech courses in various streams, and the selection of students is made based on the UCEED and JEE Main score. The common eligibility to get admissions is an 80% score in 10+2 with Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics as important subjects. Admission of the eligible students in B.Tech (ITSS), B.Tech (CSD) and B.Tech (CSAM/ ECE/ CSE) is done based on the JEE Main rank. M.Tech admissions at IIIT have three steps where step 1 has shortlisting of eligible candidates, step 2 has written test, and step 3 has an interview conducted by IIIT. CSIR NET or GPAT/GATE score is also considered during admission.

The essential requirement for admissions at IIIT for the Ph.D. course is a Master’s degree in the respective discipline. The students are provided with an opportunity to change from Ph.D. to M.Tech if they have completed the B.Tech course.

IIIT Delhi Application Process:

• The application form for the UG and PG course must be filled using the following steps:
• The aspiring students can download the application form from the IIIT website in June.
• The students can apply online, and the registration is done after filling in the complete details in the application form.
• The UG and PG courses' application fee is INR 1400, which can be paid through net banking or credit card, or debit card.
• The foreign international student station fee is $ 300, which can be paid online, and the original documents have to be submitted during the time of counseling.

IIIT Delhi Reservation Criteria:

IIIT Delhi follows reservation guidelines as per the Government of Delhi's regulations. IIT provides 85% of the candidates' seats with higher secondary or equivalent education situations in Delhi. 15% of the seats are provided to the students situated outside Delhi. To obtain admission for the reserved seats, the candidates must give all the mandatory documents during admission.

IIIT Delhi Scholarship Details:

• Candidates obtaining admissions at M.Tech in Computational Biology are provided with a 50% tuition fee waiver.

Teaching Assistantship: Candidates are provided financial assistance, and the amount will be credited to their account, and this opportunity is provided to the candidates pursuing full-time courses. The M.Tech students must have a recommendation from the institute's admission committee. Scholarship of INR 12400 is provided to the candidates for 2 years period.

• The candidates studying M.Tech are provided with internship and job opportunities as interns/ research assistants for various projects, and stipend will be provided during the summer.
