The application form for all the courses can be filled through the admission portal available in the official website of the university. The filled form has to be uploaded along with the mandatory documents within the specified duration. The fee for the form can be paid through demand draft in favor of Jamia Hamdard University payable at New Delhi.

Reservation Policy:

  • 2 seats are provided under the supernumerary quota for the students of Jammu and Kashmir for BUMS and MBBS courses.
  • Physically Handicapped candidates are provided with 5% seats.
  • DODL candidates are provided with 4% weightage.
  • 5% relaxation is provided for the SC/ST students in entrance exams.
  • Some seats are provided to the students under management quota.
  • 1 seat is provided to the ward of Jamia Hamdard employees.

Hi Annanya Mohanty, Students who have not appeared for NEET UG exam can apply directly based on the score secured in the previous qualified examination and institute conducts interview as selection process. Application form is available in the offical website of the institute. Registration fee for MBBS general it is INR 1500 and for Management quota it is INR 6000. Eligibility criteria is that aspirant must have 50% marks in 12th and subjects taken together such as PCB.

The Eligibility required and the important exam required is NEET and here is the information for it: 

The Eligibility is:

  • The J&K/AP/Telangana aspirants are eligible for All India 15% quota only
  • And in the qualifying exam (PCB group) the aspirants should have obtained at least 50% marks for general.
  • And 45% marks for general-PH 
  • And for the SC/ST & OBC the percentage required is 40% marks.

The Application Fee:

  • The aspirants have to pay the application fee of Rs. 1400
  • And the fee payment can be made through online mode (debit or credit card).

Important dates for NEET:

  • The Exam is conducted by 6th May 2018
  • The Declaration of Result is on 1st Week of June
  • And the 1st round of Counselling for All India Quota Deemed + CI is 12th June – 24th June, and for State Counselling is on 25th June.
  • The Last date of Joining is from 3rd July, for State Counselling is from 12th July
  • And the Last date for filling the application on 9th March 2018
  • Last date to submit the application fee on 10th March 2018

Few information regarding admission for B. Pharma in Jamia Hamdard:

  • Firstly you need to get minimum marks in your 12th to get admission and
  • You can apply with the application form that are generally provided in the month of March or April of every year

*So based on this process you can get admission.

For the PG courses:

  • Here the candidate must have an aggregate of 50% marks in the Bachelor’s degree.
  • And the Admission is based on CAT MAT XAT GMAT CMAT score, and based on this the admission is done.

For B.TECH COURSES:-

  • Here the candidate must have an aggregate of 50% marks in the 10+12
  • Admission is done by the marks got in JEE Mains

For UG COURSES:-

  • Here the candidate must have an aggregate of 50% marks in the 10+12
  • Admission is done by the marks got in 10+12.

  • This university has total of 7 hostels for boys and girls with a separate hostel for foreign/ NRI candidates
  • And this institute also provides satisfactory infrastructural provisions, mess facilities, mechanical laundry facility etc.
  • And the fees for the hostel ranges around 60000 to 100000
