IITD B.Tech fee will have a tuition fee of Rs. 1.75 Lac per semester and the tuition for students will increase by 10% annually to take care of the inflation. The one-time caution deposit of Rs. 10,000 must be paid by students and will be refunded at the end. To complete the four years B. Tech course total fee would come up to 14.1 Lac so that the yearly fee would be Rs. 1.75 Lac.

The M.Tech fee at IITD must be paid semester wise for which the total cost will be Rs.  4.75 Lac completely. The M.Tech course is a two-year course; hence the annual cost would be Rs. 2.37 Lac. Students taking admission to the M.Tech course will also have to pay the caution deposit (refundable).  IITD fee structure for the M.Tech course will be standard as this is a state university.

This college offers thes college offerst is completely optional. Students from faraway places wishing to stay in the residential can opt to stay here. The hostel facility is provided to limited students and according to the availability. The Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi hostel fee will be around Rs. 28,000 per semester for double occupancy rooms and Rs. 37,000 per semester for single occupancy rooms. Mess charges must be paid every month separately.
