(KIT), which is known as Kodaikonal Institute of Technology which is located in Kodaikonal was established in the year 2001 was Promoted by Tmt. Kannammal Educational Trust. Thisa institute is been approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University, Tamilnadu. This nistitute aims to help students to excel in the various fields of study of their choice. 

The main aim of the college is to empower students with sound knowledge, wisdom, experience and training both in the academic level of Engineering and Technology in the highly competitive global industrial market. Their goal is to provide highly technical environment of the campus we follow the motto of encourage students to be team leaders and direct them towards the entrepreneurship thus making this the final college.
