Admission to this University is fully entrance-based and merit-based for certain courses. However, admission seekers need to fulfill the eligibility criteria. The University's flagship program is B Tech.

• Candidates willing to apply in the B.Tech course must have a minimum of 50%  in 10+2 or any equivalent of State Board, CBSE, Matric, and any other Board of Education recognized by State and Central Government (PCM subjects)
• Candidates must appear in the Kalasalingam University Entrance Exam for admission into the B.Tech program. However, students with valid JEE Main scores are exempt from the KUEE.
• For admission into the MBA course, Applicants will be qualified based on their performance in the previous qualifying examination or TANCET scores.
• The admission procedure is fully online. Candidates need to visit the website to apply online. The application fee will vary from INR 300-650/-
