BEEE competitive exam is known for getting admission to PG engineering courses in BIHAR with specializations in that stream, held as per the schedule released by the concerned authority. The applicants are advised to check some of the tentative dates related to this entrance examination. Here are some of the details that the students will have to keep looking into to get updates on BEEE 2025, which are mentioned below. BEEE is usually conducted in two phases in April 2025.

Students getting prepared to appear for BEEE 2025 should know about the conducting university that initiates making important decisions in their eligibility criteria. Formatting the specified criteria will help the aspiring students know if they will be qualified or have the capacity to appear for the exam before filling the online application form. Here, he/she should understand that once the BIHAR committee decides that the student doesn’t fit the set criteria, the application might be eliminated at any admission stage. 

Students applying for the entrance test must fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below to appear for the BIHAR Admission Test (BEEE) 2025 exam:

• They should have completed their 10 & 12 board exams in any relevant stream for degree candidates with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
• The applicants who have also appeared and had a valid score in entrance exams such as JEE Main can also appear for admissions.
• They should have necessary aggregate in major compulsory subjects like Physics, Chemistry mathematics, and English.

The BEEE aspirant students will have to follow some steps before applying for BEEE 2025. The application and registration process for BEEE 2025 involves a set of stages,, like Registration, getting an enrollment ID, Filling out the Application form uploading scanned Photographs and other required documents, and online fees, etc.

Candidates must have an in-depth look into the details regarding the BEEE 2025 Application Form:

The BEEE 2025 Application Form will be made live and accessible in the last week of November  as announced by the BIHAR authority, and the last due date for the submission of the application form with fee will be in the last week of November. The BEEE 2025 application form will be made accessible online on the official website.

The application form for BEEE will be released in November, and students can make sure that they are registered on time for the entrance test.

Step 1: Registration                                                          

To register for BEEE 2025, the students will have to provide some of the necessary details such as their name, date of birth, email-id, contact details, residence address, choice of engineering stream, specializations, entrance exam information, exam venue information, etc. and lastly, press submit button.

After providing the form, applicants will be informed about their program and stream specialization through email or SMS after which they will have to continue to complete all the other steps of application.

Step 2: Uploading Documents and Photographs     

The submission of documents and photographs is vital while applying for BEEE. The students will have to upload a scanned copy of recent, passport-size photos and their signature in digital format as per the form's specifications. The uploaded file size that has to be submitted should be within the state's given size limit.

Step 3: Application Submission                                    

After the above two steps are completed, a confirmation pop-up will be displayed on the screen, and the student should read it and click on ‘I accept the terms and conditions.’

The BEEE 2025 application form will appear on the screen, and the aspirants will have to scrutinize all the details and try to modify them if necessary, and then click on ‘Save and Print’

Applicants are advised to take a hard copy of the application receipt after the above steps are completed and a payment ID for reference, which will be used for paying application fees.

Step 4: Payment of Fees                                                                    

Application fees will have to be paid online using a debit card credit card or net banking. The application fee for BEEE 2025 is INR 500. Once the money is transacted, it becomes non-refundable at any given time. The payment link for BEEE 2025 application fees will be live only after the form has been submitted, and the students can continue to pay the fees.

Step 5: Confirmation of BEEE 2025 Application                

After the transaction of the BEEE application fee is done, students will get an online receipt to the contact details given by the student, which shows the completion of the registration process.

Students will also get a mail on their registered email ID, where they will get a document format file of the complete application form for BEEE 2025 attached. Then they can access their registered accounts and a hard copy of the application form.

While preparing to attend the BEEE 2025 competitive entrance exam, the students must be aware if there are any changes in the exam pattern, which will help them to know about the details like the mode of examination, marking criteria, important sections to concentrate on, if there is any negative marking, type of questions, the total number of questions and quotes, duration of the exam, etc. and will help them to have a better focus on the entrance test. BEEE has 2 phases to attend, in which phase 1 paper is offline, and grade 2 is both online and offline.

BEEE 2025 is a 2 ½ hours or 150-minute exam accessible in both offline (pen & paper) and online (computer-based) modes for joining engineering courses at the national level. Here, the students will have to answer 100 questions, with each question carrying a mark. The exam paper has 4 sections to follow: English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. This exam has an objective type question pattern, i.e., a multiple-choice Question, MCQ, and for each wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.

BEEE 2025 Syllabus

The syllabus for BEEE 2025 isn’t any particular syllabus specified by the university. Still, the question paper will have questions diversified under 4 different sections, as mentioned above, and the topics will be related. The specific topics will be announced later on the website.

BEEE 2025 admit card or hall ticket will be issued to the candidates who have registered for the BEEE 2025 exam and have paid the application fees along with it. The admit cards will be released on the conducting body's official website, and the dates will be announced later on the official website.

Firstly, the student must log in to the BEEE website, click on the ‘Admit card’ link, enter their login details and download the admit card or hall ticket. He/she should carefully check the information mentioned on the admit cards, such as the applicant's name, exam date, venue, time, and contact details. Students should carry a valid photo ID proof issued by India's Government to the exam center. They must pin in a recent passport size photograph on the hall ticket as they uploaded it to the BEEE application form. It is a mandatory discipline for all BEEE applied students to carry their admit card at the examination center. If not, he or she will not be allowed to take up the examination without the hall ticket, along with anyone with considerable ID proof.

Documents Required with BEEE 2025 Admit Card

In addition to BEEE 2025 admit card/ hall ticket, the candidate shall also carry one more valid Photo Id proof to prove their identity, such as: 

• Passport
• Driving License
• PAN Card
• Voter ID
• Aadhaar ID

BEEE results in 2025 are tentatively to be announced by the second week of Feb 2025 for phase 1, and outcomes for step 2 will be in May 2025. The result and the rank list will be released on the official website of BEEE 2025. The BEEE merit list can be viewed using the login credentials.

The BEEE 2025 results and merit list include details such as the student's name, student’s BEEE registration number, roll number of the applicant, section-wise scores, and overall scores. The final result, along with the shortlisting of candidates and rank/ merit, will be available on the website by the end of March 2025. 

Steps to Download BEEE 2025 Results                                      

• Visit the BEEE official website.
• Click on the ‘BEEE scorecard’ tab.
• Enter your login credentials, such as BEEE 2025 user ID and password
• Lastly, Download and save the BEEE 2025 result, and lastly, take a printout.

BEEE 2025 Admission Cut Off:                                             

To increase their chances of getting admission to the desired institute of management, the students should exceed the cut-off margin set by the university authorities. Students who clear the BEEE 2025 exam and match the cutoff margin announced by the institute will later be called for the final round of selection. The cutoff might vary for the different BIHAR campuses and the specialization, depending on other criteria.

BEEE 2025 will have a Cut-off standard score that the students will have to secure to qualify for the examination. The cut-off will be announced by the Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai, and the applicants should carefully evaluate all these standards and then appear for the entrance exam for their interested stream in that University.
