BEEE 2024 Application Form, Exam Dates, Eligibility, Pattern and Syllabus

BEEE competitive exam is known for getting admissions PG engineering courses in BIHAR with specializations in that stream, held as per the schedule released by the concerned authority. The applicants are advised to check some of the tentative dates related to this entrance examination. Here are some of the details that the students will have to keep looking into to get updates on BEEE 2024, which are mentioned below. BEEE is usually conducted in two phases in April 2024.

Students getting prepared to appear for BEEE 2024 should know about the conducting University that initiates making important decisions in their eligibility criteria. Formatting the specified criteria will benefit the aspiring students to know if they will be qualified or have the capacity to appear for the exam before filling the online application form. Here he/she should understand that once the BIHAR committee decides that the student doesn’t fit the set criteria, the application might be eliminated at any admission stage. 

Students applying for the entrance test must fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below to appear for the BIHAR Admission Test (BEEE) 2024 exam:

• They should have completed their 10 & 12 board exams in any relevant stream for degree candidates with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
• The applicants should have also appeared and had a valid score in entrance exams such as JEE Main can also appear for admissions.
• They should have necessary aggregate in major compulsory subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and English language

The BEEE aspirant students will have to follow some steps before applying for BEEE 2024. The application/ registration process for BEEE 2024 involves a set of stages like Registration, getting an Enrolment ID, Filling up the Application form and Uploading scanned Photographs and other required documents, and online paying fees, etc.

Candidates must have an in-depth look into the details regarding BEEE 2024 Application Form:

The BEEE 2024 Application Form will be made live and accessible from the Last week of November 2023 as announced by the BIHAR authority, and the last due date for the submission of the application form with fee will be in the last week of November 2022. BEEE 2024 Application form will be made accessible through online mode on the official website.

The application form for BEEE will be released from November 2022, and students can make sure that they are registered on time for taking up the entrance test.

Step 1: Registration                                                          

To register for BEEE 2024, the students will have to provide some of the necessary details such as their name, date of birth, email-id, contact details, residence address, choice of engineering stream, specializations, entrance exam information, exam venue information, etc. and lastly press submit button.

After providing the form, applicants will be informed about their program and stream specialization through email or SMS after which they will have to continue to complete all the other steps of application.

Step 2: Uploading Documents/ Photographs     

The submission of documents and photographs is vital while applying for BEEE. The students will have to upload their scanned copy of recent, passport-size photos and their signature in digital format as per the form's specifications. The uploaded file size that has to be submitted should be within the state's given size limit.

Step 3: Application Submission                                    

After the above two steps are completed, a confirmation pop-up will be displayed on the screen, and the student should read it and click on ‘I accept the terms and conditions.’

The BEEE 2024 application form will appear on the screen, and the aspirants will have to scrutinize all the details and try to modify them if necessary, and then click on ‘Save and Print’

Applicants are advised to take a hard copy of the application receipt after the above steps are completed and a payment ID for reference, which will be used for paying application fees.

Step 4: Payment of Fees                                                                    

Application fees will have to be paid through online mode using a debit card/ credit card or net banking. The application fee for BEEE 2024 is INR 500/-. Once the money is transacted, then it becomes non-refundable at any given time. The payment link for BEEE 2024 application fees will be live only after the form has been submitted, and the students can continue to pay the fees.

Step 5: Confirmation of BEEE 2024 Application                

After the transaction of the BEEE application fee is done, students will get an online receipt to the contact details given by the student, which shows the completion of the registration process.

Students will also get a mail on their registered email ID where the students will get a document format file of the complete Application Form of BEEE 2024 attached. Then they can access their registered accounts and a hard copy of the application form.

While preparing to attend the BEEE 2024 competitive entrance exam, the students must be aware if there are any changes in the Exam Pattern which will help them to know about the details like what is the mode of examination, marking criteria, important sections to concentrate on, if there is any negative marking, type of questions, the total number of questions and quotes, duration of exam, etc. and will help them to have a better focus on the entrance test. BEEE has 2 phases to attend, and in which phase 1 paper is offline, and grade 2 is both online and offline.

BEEE 2024 is a 2 ½ hours or 150 minutes exam accessible in both offline (pen & paper) and online (computer-based) mode exam for joining engineering courses at the National level. Here the students will have to attend 100 questions, with each question carrying 1 mark. The exam paper has 4 sections to follow: English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. This exam has an objective type question pattern, i.e., multiple-choice Question, MCQ, and for each wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.

BEEE 2024 Syllabus

The syllabus for BEEE 2024 isn’t any particular syllabus specified by BIHAR. Still, the question paper will have questions diversified under 4 different sections as mentioned above, and the topics would be related to. The specific topics will be announced later on the website.

BEEE 2024 admit card/ hall ticket will be issued to the candidates who have registered for the BEEE 2024 exam and have paid the application fees along with it. The admit cards will be released on the conducting body's official website, and the dates will be informed later on the official website.

Firstly, the student must log in to the BEEE website and click on the ‘Admit card’ link and enter their login details and download the admit card/ hall ticket. He/she should carefully check the information mentioned on the admit cards, such as the applicant's name, exam date, venue, time, and contact details. Students should carry a valid photo ID proof issued by India's Government to the exam center. They must pin in a recent passport size photograph on the hall ticket as they uploaded in the BEEE application form. It is a mandatory discipline for all BEEE applied students to carry their admit card at the examination center. If not, he/ she will not be allowed to take up the examination without the hall ticket along with anyone with considerable ID proof.

Documents Required with BEEE 2024 Admit Card

In addition to BEEE 2024 admit card/ hall ticket, the candidate shall also carry one more valid Photo Id proof to prove their identity, such as: 

• Passport
• Driving License
• PAN Card
• Voter ID
• Aadhaar ID

BEEE results in 2024 are tentative to be announced by the second week of Feb 2024 for phase 1, and outcomes for step 2 will be in May 2024. The result and the rank list will be released on the official website of BEEE 2024. The BEEE merit list can be viewed using the login credentials.

BEEE 2024 results and merit list includes details such as student’s name, student’s BEEE registration number, roll number of the applicant, section-wise scores, and overall scores. The final result, along with shortlisting of candidates and rank/ merit, will be available on the website by the end of March 2024. 

Steps to Download BEEE 2024 Results                                      

• Visit the BEEE official website.
• Click on the ‘BEEE scorecard’ tab.
• Enter your login credentials such as BEEE 2024 user ID and password
• Lastly, Download and save the BEEE 2024 result, and lastly, take a print out

BEEE 2024 Admission Cut Off:                                             

For increasing the chances to get admissions in the desired institute of management, the students should exceed the cut-off margin set by the University authorities. Students who clear the BEEE 2024 exam and match the cutoff margin announced by the Institute will later be called for the final round of selection. The cutoff might vary for the different BIHAR campuses and the specialization depending upon other criteria.

BEEE 2024 will have a Cut-Off standard score that the students will have to secure to qualify for the examination. The cut-off will be announced by the Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai, and the applicants should carefully evaluate all these standards and then appear for the entrance exam for their interested stream in that University.
