VEMU Institute of Technology is one of the renowned and eminent technical institutes. It was started in the academic year 2008 in 16 acres of beautiful campus on Tirupati and Chittoor Highway in Andhra Pradesh. UGC, New Delhi recognize VEMU, and AICTE, New Delhi approval, and NAAC accredited with ‘B++’ rank. The Institute has been ISO 9001:2015 certified and is affiliated to JNTU, Anantapur, for providing engineering and management programs at an undergraduate and postgraduate level such as Polytechnic Diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech, and MBA.

• VEMU, Chittoor Admission process will be carried as per the JNTUA norms. The exams accepted by the institute are the EAMCET exam for B.Tech, PGECET or GATE exams for M.Tech, APICTE exam for MBA, and POLYCET exam for Polytechnic Diploma.
• VEMU, Chittoor Hostel rooms are provided for the students on sharing basis, and the rooms are well-furnished with beds, study table, etc.
• VEMU, Institute conducted Chittoor Placement drive in the year 2018-19, and the companies visited are Global Data, Infosys, TCS, Mphasis, Aliens Group, ICICI Prudential, Just Dial, Westline, ILM, IDBI Federal, etc.
• VEMU, Chittoor Fee structure for Polytechnic Diploma is INR 20000/- p.a., B.Tech is INR 50220/- p.a., M.Tech is INR 57000/- p.a. and MBA is INR 27000/- per annum. University fee of INR 300/- has to be paid for Polytechnic Diploma and INR 5500/- for other programs.

VEMU, Chittoor provides Scholarship for students with merit in EAMCET such as INR 20000/- for 1 to 10000 ranks, INR 15000/- for 10001 to 20000 ranks, and INR 10000/- for 20001 to 30000 ranks. Scholarship for 2nd, 3rd, and year students is also provided viz. INR 10000/- for 85% and above through and INR 5000/- for 80% and above throughout.
