Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology is commonly known as SVCET. The Institute is an Autonomous Institute established in 1998. Courses being offered by the college are affiliated with JNTU, Ananthapuramu. The institute is Accredited by NAAC with an A Grade and has been approved by AICTE, New Delhi. Also, SVCET is recognized by UGC. The NBA Accredited Institution is located on 65 acres of land. In the past 12 years, the college has accomplished remarkable growth. The college strives toward excellence for qualitative academic continuous improvement to intensify students' talents and skills for their contribution to the nation, society, and world. Co-curricular and Extracurricular activities will be held throughout the year to build and mold the student’s skills to improve their personality, confidence level, technical skills, etc. Through AP EAMCET, B.Tech admissions will be made, while based on AP PGCET score, Institute will offer M.Tech admissions. Also, MBA and MCA seats will be granted through the APICET score.

• Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology's general fee structure has been put up by the college, including the course tuition fee. Also, slightly the specialization of each course fee might differ.
• Out of the total seats in various course specializations, 70% of seats will be reserved for govt. Institute will reserve the quota and the remaining 30% seats for the Management quota. So, the management quota fee structure of SVCET will be higher than the general fees.

• At the time of the application process, the Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology application fee will have to be paid separately, not included in the college course fee.

SVCET scholarships are being offered, and students from SC/ST, BC category backgrounds are eligible and can avail of the scholarships as per the government regulation. Apart from this, students can apply under govt. And central govt. Scholarships for being meritorious students and students from financially weaker backgrounds can apply and get fee waivers.
