University College of Engineering Ariyalur

Anna University Tiruchirappalli, Ariyalur Campus was set up according to Govt Order: Ms. No 396 Higher Education (J-2) Department dated26.09.2008 with the mean to give quality specialized instruction to the general population in the reverse range of Ariyalur District. It has been renamed as Anna University of Technology Tiruchirappalli, Ariyalur Campus, given the Government of Tamilnadu.

• The grounds was begun amid the academic year 2008-2009 to offer B.E degree courses in the branch of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, and correspondence Engineering and Computer Science and Engineering with an admission of 60 understudies in each department.
• Amid January 2009 B.E low maintenance course in the Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Electrical Engineering were begun with an admission of 60 in every division. Likewise, amid the academic year 2009-2010, an extra course in B.E Electrical and Electronics Engineering was begun with the admission of 60. In the academic year 2010-2011, B.E courses in Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering with the medium of direction in Tamil were started.
• After combining, the College is working for the University College of Engineering Ariyalur, Anna University, Chennai from 1.8.2012. Presently UCEA is putting forth B.E degree courses in five diverse branches with the understudy quality of 1328 (Boys-770, Girls - 558). The school is working with qualified resources under different classifications
