United Institute of Technology (UIT) is a private Technological Institute formed in the academic year 2009-10 with the solitary aim of providing quality education to satisfy the high demand for technical education in the Tamil Nadu region. The Institute is situated on 10 acres of land in Coimbatore of Tamil Nadu. It is managed under the aegis of a few Government College of Technology alumni in Coimbatore and NIT of Trichy.

The Institute is accredited by NAAC with a ‘B+’ grade and has its affiliation to Anna University and approval from AICTE, New Delhi, for offering Technical education to the students at UG and PG level. B.Tech course is having five specializations, like CSE, ECE, EEE, ME & CE, and the M.Tech course is having two disciplines, such as Structural Engineering and CSE.

• UIT Coimbatore Fee structure will be set by the Institute or by Anna University. B.Tech fee is INR 140000/- for four years, and M.Tech fee is INR 100000/- for two years duration.
• UIT Coimbatore Admission process for B.Tech course is done through TNEA Counseling & Merit List, and M.Tech course admission will be made through performance in TANCET exam.
• UIT Coimbatore hostel accommodation for girls and boys on the campus has basic infrastructural facilities such as Solar Water heaters, Drinking water, Medical, and many more.

• The B.E fees amount at UIT is given to eligible applicants for 50 K per year; hence, the entire cost for B.E course duration is being provided for 2 Lakhs with any of the significant subjects they are willing to take up in UIT.
• UIT offers an M.E course with a fee available of 50,000, and the total fees structure is open for 1 Lakh.
