Step 1: Check eligibility criteria

Eligibility Criteria for Admission 2026

Eligibility for B.E/B.Tech

• For admission to the BTech program, you have to complete class 12th with PCM as compulsory subjects.
• You are required to secure a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the subjects. Moreover, you need to get at least 55% marks in each subject individually.
• Selection for the Amrita Vidyapeetham BTech course is based on the performance in AEEE or JEE Main.
• Based on the entrance exam percentile, you will be shortlisted for admission.

Eligibility for M.Tech

• To be considered for admission to the program, you must have a relevant BTech degree.
• You have to secure a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
• The selection process includes both merit and performance evaluation.
• You will be shortlisted on the basis of valid GATE scores.
• If you don’t have GATE scores, then final selection will be based on graduation marks and the personal interview round.
