Kumaraguru College of Technology student’s hostel is integral to the college campus. The college has separate hostels for both boys & girls. The boy’s hostel comprises six blocks with 510 rooms to accommodate 2088 students. The girl’s hostel has 264 rooms in its three blocks to accommodate 1216 students. Every hostel block has a solar hot water facility, mineral water, hot/cold water dispenser, mess, newspaper, Wi-Fi and common ironing and reading room, TV, Hub (Browsing center), Gym, and indoor games are available as a common facility for the hostel students.

Tamil Nadu Government SC & ST Scholarship-

National Scholarship (Minority)-

Students belonging to Minority communities (Muslims, Christians, etc.), whose parent’s income is less than 2 Lac, can avail of this scholarship.

Under this scholarship, the Day scholar and Hosteler are awarded an amount of Rs. 25,000 per year.

Central Sector Scheme for College and University Students-

To avail of this scholarship, the student must secure 80% marks in the HSC exam with more than 75% attendance, and their parent’s income should be below 6,00,000/-.

Mahatma Gandhi Scholarship Award for excellent academic students every year.
