SVS College of Engineering

SVS College of Engineering is an institute established by Thiru. S. Chandrashekar through a Trust called Sri Velammal Subbiah Educational Trust in the year 2009. The Trust was established to create quality technologically advanced education. The institute is guided by a strong team of specialists in numerous areas and also in advancements & improvement of the institute. The institute is certified with ISO 9001:2008 and is affiliated with Anna University. The institute is located in an attractive habitation of Arasampalayam in Coimbatore. It is continuously being monitored and looked after by the Vice-Chairman, Mr. B. Raghavendran.

Admission of SVSCE                                                                    

They offer engg courses like B.E and M.E courses with their respective choice of subject for majors. The need of eligibility for these courses is changed along with their selection criteria. 

• SVSCE offers a B.E course and the duration is for four entire years that provide majors in six main subjects.
• B.E is available in choices like CE, EEE, CSE, E & CE, ME and Petroleum Engg.  
• The eligibility criteria are to have completed 10th and 12th board exams with at least 50% scores in addition to the TNEA counselling process. 
• SVSCE offers an M.E course at PG level for two years in four subjects like CSE, Engg Design, Structural Engg, Vlsi Design. 
• The eligibility requirement for an M.E course is to have completed a UG degree in a similar stream with appropriate CGPA in their degree.
• The selection criteria are only dependent on the board exam scores, and no particular entrance exam for the PG course is required for admissions to this institute.

• The fee amount for the M.E course is INR 55 K per annum and in entire cost for two years is INR 1.1 Lakh.
