Seshadripuram Law College

Under the sponsorship of the Seshadripuram Educational Trust, the Seshadripuram Law College was established in 1984–1985. The Trust established the Institution with the ardent desire to promote legal education, which is a critical step in raising legal knowledge and strengthening society's weaker members. The College is accredited by the Bar Council of India and associated with the Karnataka State Law University in Hubli. Since 1984, it has offered three-year LL.B. programs. A five-year LL.B. program in law was launched in 2004–2005. The Seshadripuram Educational Trust properly constituted the College's Governing Council. Advocate Sri K. Krishnaswamy has presided over the Governing Council. The Governing Council's members are distinguished academicians, legal authorities, management gurus, and public servants. Seshadripuram Law college's Ranking is amongst the Top 10 Law Colleges in Bangalore.

The College's main aim was to provide high-quality legal education to the students to provide awareness and help lower society sectors. Candidates for Seshadripuram Law College Course admission shall meet the eligibility requirements as defined by the admission authority. For admission to the BALLB, students must have completed a 10+2 course of study that the educational authorities have approved of the Central or State Governments. OR,  they must possess academic credentials that the Bar Council of India deems to be equivalent to the 10+2 course and have earned a minimum of 45 percent on the program's final exam. The minimum percentage of qualifying examination errors for candidates who fall under the general category is 45%; for applicants who fall under the SC and ST categories, it is 40%. Seshadripuram Law College fees structure

The Seshadripuram Law College's LLB fees cost roughly INR 65,000 each year; as a result, tuition expenditures can reach INR 1.9 Lakhs during the program. Students who hold bachelor's degrees are eligible to apply for admission.

The fee structure for the BA-LLB degree is around INR 50,000 each year; as a result, it covers tuition charges of up to INR 2.5 Lakhs for five years. According to the 10+2 exam's merit score, the College will admit students to its BA-LLB. Candidates must achieve a minimum of 45% in their overall grade to be eligible.

According to the policies established by the respective Governments, deserving students from Backward, Scheduled Caste, Schedule Tribes, and other groups are given Government of India and Government of Karnataka Scholarships.

• For earning the highest marks in the final year exam, the Sri K. C. Puttanarasaiah Endowment Prize is given.
• Students who have been acknowledged to the first year of the five-year BA, LL.B., and three-year LL.B. programs and who achieved a qualifying exam score of 90% or more will receive a monetary reward of Rs. 10,000.
• Students who complete the course with a perfect attendance record (only for offline sessions) will get a cash prize of Rs. 2000.
• The SET will provide students who receive an I rank in their university exams with a monetary bonus of Rs. 10,000.
• Students are free from paying the first year (5 Year BA, LL.B & 3 Year LL.B Courses) admission fees if they receive a PUC score of 95% or more for the 5 Year BA, LL.B Course, and degree examination.

The placement committee assists with the students' objectives. It directs them while they complete an internship at reputable legal firms and advocacy offices. In addition, there will be a session for career assistance. Legal Aid Campaign

Educational institutions have a societal duty to raise public awareness. Since it is a law college, helping the general public with legal issues is College's main duty. To achieve this, the College also conducts legal aid programs in rural areas.
