Dr. Late Sri M.S.Ramaiah founded the MS Ramaiah College of Law in Bangalore with the sanction of the Bar Council of India. It is part of the M S Ramaiah Group of Institutions. In contrast, Gokula Education Foundation administrates it. MSRCL Bangalore is affiliated with Karnataka State Law University, Hubli. NAAC has accredited it with a "B" Grade. MSRCL offers admission to the UG and PG law programs. It includes five-year integrated courses such as BA LLB, BBA LLB, and B Com LLB. At the PG level, it offers LLM. On the other hand, the certificate courses are available in three streams: human rights, law& medicine, and information technology law.MS Ramaiah College of Law BA LLB fees is INR 8 Lakhs for the entire course duration.

The MS Ramaiah Law College Placements Council comprises two faculty supervisors and two student coordinators. Its goal is to provide great placements for graduating students. The placement process of MSRCL Bangalore begins in June-July with group communication, and interested applicants can go through the registration procedure in July-August of each year. Companies begin arriving on campus in September. In addition, the institution engaged law professors and guest speakers to teach and train the candidates to be job-ready when they graduate.
