Presidency University Placement Cell Roles & Responsibility

Presidency University is one of the leading universities in Bangalore. It offers 100% placement aid to graduates. Presidency University Bangalore placement cell focuses on providing students with training and skills to boost their chances of securing employment offers. Students must have a minimum of 75% attendance to sit in placements. Presidency University hosts industry-focused lecture series/workshops, life skills training, and professional exchanges with various mainstream engineering specialists. Through these activities, students can improve their employability skills.

During the Presidency University 2025 Placement Drive, More than 2500 graduates were eligible for recruitment. Out of that, 82% - 98% students successfully got placed. The average package was Rs. 5.98 LPA. The highest package went upto Rs. 16.42 LPA.

Before the final Placement Process, the University assists the students by offering internship opportunities. Most of the offers are for paid internships, with students receiving a good stipend per month. The Presidency follows the "One Offer per Student" policy. A student's name gets removed from the placement process if he or she receives a Job Offer. Aside from academic excellence, the institute expects its students to be qualified and business-ready. As a result, they are implementing a robust development program. It aims at improving professional skills and providing value-added training in their fields. It also exposes them to practical aspects of the industry. They did it through guest lectures, industrial tours, internships, and so on.

  • The Placement Committee invites recruiters to provide information on Final Placements.
  • Recruiters reflect their wish to enter by submitting a Join Notification Form (JNF) for each profile for which they wish to recruit.
  • Companies must remind the institute of their hiring procedure, including the types and number of selection rounds.
  • The placement team communicates the dates of each recruiter's campus visit, considering factors such as student preference, job description, and so on.
  • Before the recruitment process begins, organizations should hold pre-placement interviews.

Presidency University is the best and comes under the top ranked college and almost 80% of the student always gets placed in most prestigious companies such as Mindtree, Oracle, TVS, Vivo, Wipro and Adecco. The course fees for engineering courses are worth for this college.

Hi Priyanka, It is only single college in bangalore who provides petrolium engineering. so your choice is limited over here. since this college first batch about to come in market. The way this college promoting in market and teaching quality, placement we can expect better from this college.
