Roever College of Engineering & Technology (educational institution) founded by St. John Sangam Trust in 2009. Institute aims to turn students into responsible citizens through the use of mandatory curricular aspects to promote innovation and technical creativity. Institute offers B.E in Civil Engineering, Computer science & Engineering, E&C Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, E&E Engineering streams. New courses added in the institute are B.E in Marine Engineering and B. Tech in Bio technology, Chemical Engineering. Admission to these streams is based on entrance exam (TNEA) valid score followed by the interview.

• Roever College of Engineering and Technology Placements are awarded to deserving candidates through its placement cell. Some of the major recruiters are HCL, Ford, ITW, JK Technology, GB Engineering Suzlon etc.
• The college makes arrangement for the students to get various scholarships. 90% attendance is the Mandatory for getting scholarships. Some of them are SC/ST scholarship, Military concession, SC loan scholarship and many more. Apart from them, the management awards scholarship to the outstanding student who represents the University in sports and cultural events.
• The college has sufficient hostel facilities for the students, exclusively, three blocks are provided for men and separate hostel particularly for first year students. The girl’s hostel has separate library, reading room and a shop to facilitate the students. The boy’s hostel has separate library, reading room, gym and a shop to facilitate the students.

The Central Library of RCET is to be proud of for the diversified collection of reading & referral materials. They are well equipped with modern methods of documentation. 500-seater auditorium facilitates with free interplay of ideas, air conditioned and equipped with all modern equipment such as sound system (high quality), and projectors (multimedia).
