Nehru Institute of Technology

Nehru Institute of Technology is a private institute that is self-financing and was established in the year 2008. It is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated with Anna University, Coimbatore. NIT was established by the trust called Nehru Group of Educational and Charitable Trust that has assisted altruistically for the source of advanced education for the past 4 decades. NIT is AICTE approved college, and it is a private institute for seeking educational training in the engineering field. NIT offers B-Tech, B.E, ME, MBA and PhD programs at UG and PG standards. NIT has an excellent infrastructural facility along with academic performance throughout its institute existence. This is an engineering and technological institute, but this also offers management and non-engineering degree like MBA programs. 

• For B-Tech admissions in NIT, the candidates must have completed essential 10+2 board exams with at least 50% scores. 
• Students must have participated in TNEA counselling rounds to be eligible for admissions.
• NIT offers a B-Tech program in Food Technology for four whole years.
• NIT offers a BE course for four years, and the choices are available in seven various streams.

• NIT offers a B-Tech course at INR 50 K per annum, and the course is for four years with a total cost of 2 Lakhs.
• The MBA course fees structure at NIT is INR 35 K per annum, and the entire course fees are 70 K. 
• The fees structure for the two-year ME engineering course is available for 50 K per annum, and the entire course would cost around 1 Lakh. 

Placement in NIT 

NIT offers placement training and has a placement cell for the same purpose. Expertise faculty or guest lecturers will train their students to solve all the aptitude questions.
