KCG College of Technology

KCG College of Technology was started in the year 1998 which is a Christian minority institution. The college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, certified as ISO 9001:2000 Institution and is affiliated to Anna University. The campus covers 50 acres of land at Karapakkam which is about 0.21km from Nucleus company bus stop and 10km from Adyar.

• The library has 5 foreign and 48 Indian computer related journals, LIBASOFT software, about 900 INDEST, Springer, ACM and IEEE which are online journals, 10000 books in computer area and 31000 books.
• The college covers 38 Acres of land with facilities like classrooms, hostel, auditorium, library, laboratory, cafeteria, medical, gym, sports and computer labs within the campus.
• Hostel facility is available for male and female students within the campus at a feasible rate of INR 91.5k per annum and the fee for mess is around INR 10k per annum.

Wipro Technologies, Axis Bank, GMMCO, Flextronics, L&T Ltd., Hexaware Technologies, Honeywell, Embedur Systems, TCS, TATA Technologies and Sundaram Fasteners etc. are some of the top recruiters of the college providing highest salary package of INR 21 LPA and the average package is around INR 7 LPA. Elastoplaz is the Techno Cultural Fest which is conducted annually to encourage the students in extra activities for the overall development.
