The college provides an undergraduate four-year B Tech program. To be eligible for this program, a candidate needs to have completed their scientific coursework in their 10+2 or equivalent. The JEE Main or WBJEE scores are used to determine admission.

Additionally, the college provides a B.Tech. Lateral Entry program, for which a Diploma in Engineering is the minimal need. Based on the WB JELET, candidates are admitted to the B.Tech Lateral Entry program.

At the postgraduate level, SurTech provides two years of M.Tech programs in two specializations. A candidate must have earned a 50% grade in a relevant stream for their B.Tech, B.E, or ME program to be eligible for admission. The GATE, WB PGET score is used to determine admission to M.Tech programs.
