University of Kalyani was started in 1960 with guidance of West Bengal Govt. under Kalyani University Act of 1981. The University is currently offering various programs in numerous areas at Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Research level such as Science, Engineering, Commerce, Management, Arts, Fine Arts, Music and Education.
The application form will be made available in the University’s official page which has to be filled and submitted by the candidate with an application form processing fee of INR 300 (M.P.Ed. & M.Tech), INR 400 (DHHM, MBA and other PG programs) and INR 500 (integrated M.Sc.)
The candidates are supposed to meet the eligibility criteria set for each program and also have a proper score or rank in the entrance exams in order to get admission into the University of Kalyani.

The university offers multiple specializations of UG & PG courses. I have recently completed B.Tech in information technology, which is a 4 year program with expenditure of 0.5 Lakhs from this college. As per my knowledge fees structure for other courses is also feasible. Admission procedure of the college is very much fair and is totally on the basis of entrance exam. Student must secure valid score in WB JEE entrance exam and as per the cut off marks students will be selected for admission. In addition student must also have at least 50% marks in 10+2 with compulsory subject of physics and mathematics.
Once the entrance exam results are released candidates based on that can fill the application form for the required course. Usually on basis of WBJEE or related entrance through University of Kalyani Kolkata B.Tech admissions takes place. Followed by in the admission portal can fill the application form for the university
I’ve pursued my MBA at UKK. In order to apply for UKK, UKK application fee is INR 400 for MBA, the application is applied through offline made basically by applying with the admissions office. University of Kalyani Kolkata Admission for MBA requires that candidate secures a min. aggregate of 50% in their bachelor’s or an equivalent course of at least 3 years’ duration in any stream of interest from a recognized university. Also, the candidate needs to appear for any of the following exams such as: CAT/XAT/ATMA/GMAT,etc. and obtain a valuable score. Those who obtain a valuable score are called for GD/PI at the college. Those who qualify all the criterions are selected.
