The Srinivasa Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Center was good institute where MBBS, MS and MD offers were offered. Institute has an approval from Medical council of India so getting degree from this institute is worth and adds value to your degree. The syllabus or the curriculum of the course offered is as per norms of RGUHS. The course fee actually depends on the admission mode. Scholarships are given from the college side and even aspirants should apply for government scholarship facility. Hostel fee was also way high I felt, it is nearly INR 1.25 lakhs yearly basis with facilities like RO water, furnished room.
