For admission to Yenepoya University Medical College, students should attain a valid score in the ent5rance examination. The students willing to seek admission should satisfy the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:

Passed 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with a minimum of 50% marks (40% marks for reserved category)

NEET UG score

B.SC
(Nursing)

 Passed intermediate exam under the scheme of 10+2 or any equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English with minimum 45% aggregate marks

Merit in the qualifying exam.

BPT

Passed 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as Option Subject.
Vocational Physiotherapy as their optional subjects a candidate should be completed the Pre-university course.

Candidates will be selected based on the merit of the NEET examination.

GNM (Nursing & Midwifery)

10+2 passed with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks

Merit in the qualifying exam.

MD

Candidates must meet all the requirements set by the Medical Council of India.
Candidates must have an MBBS degree from an institution recognized by India's Medical Council. They must complete their internship on or before 30th April.
Must have a Permanent Medical Registration from the Medical Council of India

NEET PG score

MS

M.Sc

Passed B.Sc. Nursing (Basic & Post Basic) with 55% aggregate marks. Minimum one-year experience after B.Sc. Basic Nursing.
Candidates must have passed the B.Sc. Paramedical Science in the relevant stream.

Selection will be made based on a qualifying examination, followed by an interview by the management.

POST BASIC BACHELOR OF SCIENCE [P.B.B.SC] (NURSING)

Passed 12th class under 10+2 system or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board/University.
Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from any institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.

Selection will be made based on
the qualifying examination

MPT

50% of marks in aggregate for an eligible.
The candidate who have passed B.Sc (PT) or BPT degree from an Institution where the mode of study is a full-time program.

 

MDS

Candidates must meet all the requirements set by the Dental Council of India.
Candidates must have a BDS degree from an institution recognized by India's Dental Council.
Must have permanent registration from the Dental Council Of India.

Candidates must clear the NEET (National Eligibility & Entrance Test) conducted on an India basis.

MPH

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant stream or an equivalent qualification with a min. Score 50% from a recognized university.
SC/ST Less 5%.

NEET SS Score

MHA

The candidates should have a bachelor's degree in MBBS/BDS/B.Sc. Nursing/B. Pharmacy/B.Sc. in Allied Health Sciences from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates).

Yenepoya University conducts the Entrance Exam in one center on University Campus.  Offline counseling and admission are made based on the rank lists drawn thereon.

MSW

The candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
