Sree Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology & Science is an engineering college established in Telangana in 1998. It is a Jayanthi Educational Society member and accredited by AICTE. The courses are provided in UG and PG standards in the engineering and management stream. In addition, at the UG level, they offer B-Tech and Diploma in Polytechnic. The B-Tech program is for four years with 5 different specializations offered. The minimum eligibility criteria for the B-Tech program is to complete 10+2 board exams with a minimum of 75% aggregate in the science stream, with PCM as a mandatory subject. For Diploma admissions, students must have passed in 10th with 50%, and the course is for three years.  

In the case of M-Tech and MBA programs, the course duration is two years, respectively. • For Diploma: Pass in 10th boards with a min of 50% along with valid TS POLYCET scores.
• For M-Tech: Pass in B-Tech degree along with valid GATE scores.
• For MBA: Pass in any recognized university graduation with TS ICET scores. SVITS cutoff in TS ICET is 58726.

Sree Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology and Sciences Scholarships 

The Institute has a variety of scholarships for students. These include tuition fee scholarships, academic merit awards and financial aid. Eligible candidates can apply for scholarships by filling out the application form. In addition, students with more than 80% marks in their previous academic qualifications will be considered for tuition fee concession under academic merit awards.

Also, certain relaxation is given for reserved candidates, sports quotas, and physically challenged candidates. For example, if the tuition fee is 55000, the candidates from JEE Main or TS EAMCET will get 45-49 K reimbursement.
