The admission scheme to Sapthagiri Medical College for MBBS through state quota includes the NEET exam by getting the qualifying marks. To avail the admissions process through counselling, the student has to register for the KEA. Online upload of all the required documents or physical verification is mandatory. The student needs to fill in the choices during selection of preferred colleges. Once the seats are allotted, pay the admission fees.
To be eligible for an MBBS seat in SIMSRC through NEET, the candidates should have cleared at least 400-505 marks in the entrance exam. The scores also vary as per category and type of admission of the candidates.
Even if the students are applying for management quota MBBS seats in SIMSRC, it is mandatory for the students to have appeared for the NEET UG exam. The Sapathagiri Medical College MBBS management quota fees are approximately 22 lakhs per annum.
You can get a management quota MBBS seat in SIMSRC with 300 marks in the NEET exam. However, the fees will be quite higher than the general fee structure.
For the General category NEET cut-off 2025, SIMS Bangalore requires 380–420 marks.
Sapthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences does provide MBBS admissions for low NEET rank candidates, i.e, NEET scores (250+) in the management quota and private seats in 2026.
The management quota cutoff for 2026 is expected to be less. It can range from 250 to 350 NEET marks, based on seat demand and counselling rounds.
For SC/ ST reserved candidaturescut-off cut marks range for MBBS admissions in SIMSRC are 250-350.
Every year more than 250 MBBS seats are offered in MAAMC Delhi, of which 15% are reserved for AIQ and about 85% seats are reserved for DM economic domicile.
The cutoffs could increase in 2026, because of more of the people becoming Competitive and a greater number of NEET aspirants. But private colleges as Sapthagiri usually see a stable graduation, as a matter of fact.
I have completed my bachelor’s degree MBBS course at Sapthagiri Medical College and I like to say it is one of the best medical college in Bangalore which offers quality education in medical domain. College offers UG courses in MBBS, B.Sc. and BPT and post graduate course in MD and it is recognized by Medical Council of India. I got admission in SIMSRC on the basis of NEET score. Sapthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences fee structure for MBBS course costs approximate 1 Lakh for 1st year and from 2nd year onwards I paid the fee around 97,000 hence for complete 4 years of duration fee costs around 4 Lakhs hence fee is not much low and also not much expensive compare to other medical institute
