KIMS Bangalore offers a four-and-a-half-year MBBS program with a one-year mandatory rotating internship. Admission to the KIMS MBBS program is determined by the candidate's performance in the NEET-UG exam held by NTA.
KIMS has 250 seats for MBBS every year. Out of these 40 percent are under government quota, 40 percent are under the private quota, 15 percent are under NRI quota and 5 percent are under the institutional quota.
The seats under government and private quotas are filled through KEA Karnataka counselling on the basis of NEET UG ranks. COMEDK UGET scores are accepted for private quota seats. • Must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• Minimum 50 percent marks in PCB for general category.
