Under the UG course, RRMCH offers the MBBS course for five years to students who have eligible marks in the science stream. The details about the MBBS course are given below.

• Eligibility for the MBBS course at Rajarajeswari Medical College is to pass 10+2 with 50% marks in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English as main subjects.  
• Rajarajeswari Medical College MBBS admission will be based on valid marks obtained in the NEET UG entrance test followed by NEET Counselling.
• MBBS course is offered for five and a half years with an annual intake of 250 students in total.
