All the UG & PG Courses are affiliated with VTU.RRIT Offers B Tech Course at Undergraduate Level and M Tech Course at the Postgraduate level. Required Eligibility Criteria to apply for B Tech Course is candidates must have passed in 10+2 Exam with the required aggregate score. For an M Tech Course, candidates should have completed a bachelor’s degree in BE/B Tech to get eligible for admission. College also offers a research program for Ph.D. in Mechanical stream.

B Tech in RRIT

R R Institute offers Bachelor’s Degree B Tech in 6 specializations. The Total Intake for Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering is 120. For Information Science, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication, and Electrical Engineering intake capacity is 60 students for each branch. Engineering Department consists of well qualified & experienced faculties and supporting staff members. Each department has advanced laboratories with appropriate equipment and a Modern Computer lab facility for useful, practical learning purposes.

M Tech in RRIT

R R Institute offers Post Graduate Course M Tech in two specializations: Digital & Communication Engineering and Computer science engineering. The Total Intake capacity for each branch is 18 seats. The vibrant faculty team of both departments imparts best teaching practices. It organizes workshops, labs, Industrial visits, seminars, and other extension activities to support the students in enhancing their technical knowledge and skills.

R R Institute of Technology Fees structure

R R Institute fees structure for B Tech course costs approximately 1.5 Lakhs for the first year and from 2nd-year fee charges up to 95,000, it is for complete four-year fee expenses up to 4.4 Lakhs.

The M Tech fees structure at RRIT Bangalore ranges around 2.5 Lakhs for the entire two years of course duration; hence, the per annum fee goes up to approximately 1.2 Lakhs.

RRIT admissions for UG & PG Courses will be offered based on the entrance exam scores. RRIT application forms are available Online. Eligibility Candidates can apply for the application form by visiting R R Institute's official site, downloading the form, filling in the mandatory details appropriately, submitting it along with required education details, and paying the necessary application fees.

RRIT admissions for B Tech: Minimum Eligibility criteria to apply for the B Tech program is Candidates must have qualified in the 10+2/PUC Examination with a required 45% aggregate score, and reserved categories can attain 40% marks. (Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry must be compulsory subjects). Selection of the students for admission process at R R Institute will be through KCET Entrance Exam, which will be conducted by KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority), and eligible students must appear for Counseling for document verification purposes based on the rank eligibility seats will be allocated. Non-Karnataka Students can apply for the COMEDK Entrance Exam based on the marks they can get for admission.

For B Tech Lateral Entry admission at RRIT, Candidates should have completed three years of diploma course with the required 45% aggregate marks. Selection criteria of students for admission will be done through DCET Entrance Exam.

RRIT admissions for M Tech

Essential Eligibility criteria to apply for an M Tech course are students must be graduated with a bachelor’s degree from B Tech with the required 50% aggregate score in relevant specialization from any recognized university. The students who belong to the reserved category can attain 45% marks. Admissions for M Tech at RRIT will be made based on PGCET Valid score. Candidates who secured a valid GATE Entrance Exam score are also eligible to apply for M Tech Course at RIT.
