The aim of the placement and training cell at RRIT is to broaden the student's perspective by exposing them to real organizational and society situations. In the placement cell, every effort is made to train aspirants to meet the high expectations of the industry from the first to the last year. The main objective of the placement cell is to motivate each student to develop their general personality skills based on goal setting, career planning, and post-qualification, which will continue to benefit them after the appointment. The institute aims to lead the placement by placing maximum number of students through interviews with companies on campus and off campus led by world-class companies.

Placement cell has an established office, GD rooms, seminar rooms, interview rooms, meeting rooms and about 300 computers with LAN connection and Internet installation for online tests. The Cell also provides students with networking experience and invaluable knowledge. The Placement training includes soft skills training, technical skills development, skills analysis, group discussion, simulated interviews, and curriculum vitae writing, and training on specific topics and organizational behaviour before completing their courses.
