PES School of Engineering Course

PES School of Engineering offers foundation courses like B.Tech and B.Arch. At the undergraduate level, M.Tech, MBA, and MCA at the PG level are also PH.D. and diploma courses with various specializations. Students' intake for the course differs based on several circumstances, and there are seats segregated for govt—quota students, management quota students, and reserved categories. The course duration varies, and there is a college conducted entrance exam that is PESSAT or CET exam, based on marks obtained in this merit list would be prepared. Followed by an interview round, further PES admissions will be given.

B.Tech in PES

B.Tech offered in PES in 7 major specializations at the under graduation level. For each domain, the intake of students differs. However, it is like 60, 120, 240, 360, and 480 students per discipline. Considering that seats will be given, candidates are asked to appear for PESSAT if they seek a B. Tech or other UG level courses. Specific management seats are reserved for students, but the minimum aggregate must get a PES management admission seat. To fill out the application form, it is through the college's official website that candidates in the PES official portal will complete the application form by making a payment of INR 1050.

B.Arch. in PES

NATA is the primary and mandatory exam candidate to appear to seek PES B.Arch. CoA conducts admissions NATA. 50% and above are required in the 12th examination to take seats through govt. Quota or management quota. The intake of students for B.Arch. It is 80 seats. Duration of B.Arch. It is for 5 years, and in the final year, candidates will undergo an internship program based on that exam will be conducted, and students will be graduated. Even diploma completed candidates are eligible for a minimum of 50% and above marks are necessary.

M.Tech in PES

Under M.Tech, there are 13 disciplines offered by PES, and all the specializations of M.Tech are offered for 2 years duration. Candidates are supposed to sit for PGCET or related entrance exam as eligibility based on entrance exam followed by counseling seats will be allotted. The cut-off of the college differs every year based on specific criteria. Also, considering the cut-off, students will be allotted seats for different specializations offered under M.Tech. M.Tech specializations include Web Technology, VLSI Design and Embedded Systems, Software Engineering, Power Electronics, Microelectronics, Control Systems, Manufacturing Science, Intelligent Systems, Information Security, Digital Electronics and Communication Systems, Cyber Forensics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, and Automotive.

MBA in PESThe college candidates accept PGCET/MAT/CAT or other entrance exams through MBA-related entrance exams, and seats will be granted. The cut-off of every exam differs. Also, few seats are reserved for a particular entrance exam quota through which MBA seats will be given in PES. Also, there are 5 superior specializations offered, which would be a promising future for students.

MCA in PES

Through PGCET, candidates can also take MCA seats; candidates could get hearts from the college conducted entrance exam followed by a personal interview. Graduation in any discipline with not less than 50% aggregate is acceptable. The cut-off is given below, and based on that, MCA admissions in PES will be granted.

Ph.D. in PES

PES offers Ph.D. full-time for 3 years duration. There are 11 disciplines put up: Mathematics, Biotechnology, Electrical Engineering, Science, Management Studies, Pharmacy, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Applications. Candidates to apply for any of these disciplines need to have work experience in the relevant stream.

Diploma in PES

Four specializations are offered under diploma in PES eligibility: a minimum of 50% marks in the 10th board and merit in 10th seats will be granted. Duration is for 3 years, and candidates might have to appear for PES conducted entrance exam through which diploma admissions to PES will be given. Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Communication Engineering, and Automobile Engineering. Candidates can choose any of the disciplines to apply and get seats for the same.

PES School of Engineering Fee Structure

PES is one of the top institutes with high-tech facilities and almost 100% more placements than other colleges. The fee structure is according to the facilities offered it is quite expensive. Below the tabulated given fee structure is the total fee of different courses, and it is just the approximate fee. Since admission to the college is based on various criteria and quota expenses, every system differs. For KCET, COMEDK, PGCET, CAT, MAT, or management quota, the price is additional, below given is the general fees. The total cost can also be segregated equally and cleared per annum wise. Apart from this, the management fee will be more than usual or the general fee.

PES School of Engineering Admissions

B.Tech and B.Arch.: The institute seeks a minimum of 60% aggregate in class 12 of students to get eligibility for applying for B.Tech and candidates applying for B.Arch. Need to have not less than 50% aggregate. Through KCET or other national or state level exams, candidates' selection to B.Tech takes place but for B.Arch. It is NATA-based. Apart from this, a management quota is offered for which a minimum aggregate in 12th is necessary to take PES admissions for B.Tech or B.Arch.

M.Tech: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in B.Tech in the relevant stream is required not less than 50% marks for candidates to apply for the course. Based on GATE or PGCET counseling, seats for M.Tech for the marked specialization will be confirmed. Following all of these rounds and counseling, PES conducted an interview round for evaluation based on that, and candidates will be selecte for taking PES M.Tech admissions.

MBA and MCA: To apply for MBA or MCA, candidates should have secured a minimum of 50% marks in their graduation qualifying exam. For MBA, candidates shall be from any discipline in their graduation, while for MCA, candidates should be from a related field. It is required to qualify in CAT/MAT or another entrance exam to seek PES MBA admissions. For MCA, candidates should be prepared in PGCET or college conducted entrance exam to apply and seek PES MCA admissions. In a few cases, candidates shall appear for an interview, and based on that performance, students will be selected.

Ph.D.: Ph.D. being researched program candidates should have secured not less than 60% in UG and PG level examinations for eligibility purposes. Also, work experience does count, and minimum work experience must get PES Ph.D. admissions for any discipline. Even an interview round conducted by the institute considering that seat's performance will be allotted.

Diploma: 10th passed students shall apply for certification, and students need to have not less than 50% aggregate in the board exam. Candidates might appear for PES conducted entrance exam based on which diploma PES admissions will be confirmed.

PES School of Engineering Facilities

• PES infrastructure is well organized and managed. The classrooms are facilitated with world-class projectors, boards, and seating arrangements. It is designed to maximize light and spacious room.
• PES library is the centralized library with n number of books in different branches. Currently, it compromises nearly 1 lac documents. To seek information, there are various department books, journals, magazines, newspapers, DVDs, CDs, and electronic resources like E-books, ROMS, E-journals, etc.

PES School of Engineering Scholarships

The college recognizes students based on their eligibility. It offers scholarships, so PES School of Engineering offers rural scholarships for free engineering education for selected students from rural backgrounds. For those merit-based students, there are scholarships or PES course fee waivers. Just not for students. PES offers other scholarships like corporate scholarships, research scholarships, and teaching scholarships.

PES School of Engineering Placements

PES College of Engineering students is placed in supreme industries or organizations with lucrative profiles from different branches. PES placement cell prepares students to get recruited by top-notch companies, and every year without fail, more students are being drafted with the highest packages.
